They were patient with us as we wanted to physically see and feel a few different trims/configurations and changed our mind a couple times. At no point did we feel pressured or like we weren’t their #1 priority as time ticked by. Ibeth even offered to drive the car to our house to finish the paperwork and configure the car (and drive our trade-in back!) when we realized finalizing the paperwork might run into our kids’ pickup.
