Even though they did not have the specific model in stock for me, they were able to get it delivered from a diffe audi cars for all likes and tastes. He was very professional and had a vast amount of knowledge about the specific model that I was interested in. Just when I thought I would be driving my new car home, my wife forgot to bring the checkbook, so Gavin, followed us home which is 1/2 hour away to get the check! Being a sales representative myself, Im very critical of sales reps out there and I have to say Gavin was great. I also want to thank the finance guy Tyler.
