Peter and Shah were terrific! I had a very pleasant experience. In and out within two hours. Everything was explained and reasonable. At no time did I feel pressured or hustled. My wife and I both bought CR-Vs from this dealership. I will certainly be returning for my next vehicle!

I would highly recommend this dealer and these salespersons.

My Review of Russell & Smith Honda:
Look below at customer Geossie's comment. She summed up all the positive comments I had in mind about Russell & Smith's dealer, Nang. We went in to buy our BRAND SPANKIN' NEW 2010 Honda Odysessy together. Gillman dealer was wack and dragged on forever. Russell & Smith's dealer, NANG, gave us exactly what we were looking for ... even the rare SLATE GREEN color that we've been waiting for! He didn't waste our time with phony sales rep mumbo jumbo. His dealership didn't have the color we wanted with DVD/Navi ... but in less than 2 weeks ... he got us our car LAST NIGHT!
This is our first purchased car. I've heard so many horror stories about buying cars and dealing with the sales rep, but Nang was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and SWIFT. We'll definitely recommend Nang to all our friends & relatives!

Also, Shah was a great guy too! He closed up the deal swiftly! He answererd all our last minute questions ... and the deal was done!

This was the easiest and best buying experience ever. People are always nervous to go to a dealership and think they are all "bad people" and they will get "ripped off" but at Russell & Smith they treat you the way that you want to be treated. Honest and sincere.

This is a first class operation and Jack Carney is running it the way a dealership should be.

My Review of Russell & Smith Honda:
I went into this dealership with an open mind and came out satisfied beyond my expectations. My sales representative Ronald Reeves went above and beyond the call of duty by finding me a perfect car that met my specifications. He even surpassed my expectations by getting me a 6 CD changer, DVD player with remote, and 3 months free XM satellite radio! He asked all the right questions, was kind, energetic and made the deal happen for me. I appreciated his patience and positive efforts in getting me the most money for my trade-in. Dino was also instrumental in this and working out the differences so that we came out with an awesome deal. I have to admit that I'm a value shopper and I feel like I got the best value at Russel & Smith. I went to at least 5 other dealerships in search of my new car and none of them treated me as friendly and graciously, or worked as hard for me as Ronald and his team at Russel & Smith. I received the best service from the Russel & Smith team from my great salesman Ronald to getting a low interest rate with Janet and Shah in finance.

My Review of Russell & Smith Honda:
I usually hate car shopping. I get stressed when salesmen almost jump on you to greet you when you arrive and you're not even out of your car yet. It was very different at the Russell & Smith Honda dealership. The employees were very professional and Deborah is the lady who took care of me to help me find and buy an used car.

Deborah was very sweet and helpful. For the first time of my life, I actually enjoyed car shopping and I did not experience the stress I usually feel when car shopping. We realized that there was a mistake on the internet price the car I wanted was priced at, but Russell & Smith Honda honored the price that was indicated, to my benefit.

Overall my experience with this dealership has been very positive, I am very satisfied with my new used car and I highly recommend you dealing with Deborah.

This was by far the most pleasant car-buying experience that I have had in years. Mr. Arturo Perez, our sales consultant, was very professional. Yet, very personable when it came to finding out what we wanted in a car and what we could afford. We recommend this dealership because they have a great selection of Honda brand vehicles and they employ such a great staff of sales consultants like Arturo.

Wow what a great experience I had. Jack and Jack were outstanding! I never thought I get service like this. The price was great, service was excellent, the car is wonderful. I have always driven Mercedes, BMW, and Cadillacs, but my new Honda is way up there with them. If you are considering buying a new car, don't waste your time; go see Jack Varcados and Jack Carney and you will be treated like family.

From the initial contact to closing the sale, this was a very pleasant car-buying experience. No games played like some of the other dealers. My wife commented on just how smooth it was -- less than two hours to complete the transaction and had plenty of time to get to our dinner plans.
