Russel & Smith Honda offers a truly magical car-buying experience! No high pressure sales... only friendly, knowledgeable assistance to make the best decision for the best price. My fiance and I first met Chili, one of Russel & Smith's newest salesmen. We became fast friends and had a conversation that was completely genuine. He seemed more concerned that we made a good connection rather than trying to push me into a car. Next I met Simon, one of the managers. Even though I could tell he had a lot of experience selling cars, he was gentle and patient, explaining my options until I felt comfortable. Our financier Daryl held the first place trophy for customer service for four months running. His tremendous experience was also evident but I did not feel suspicious of his intentions at all. I felt like he was really trying to work with us and the management to get us the best deal possible... and he did. We were extremely satisfied with the price, and the new 2013 Honda Civic EX... is AMAZING! Thank you, Russel & Smith Honda!

I shopped around several dealerships for a 2013 Honda CR-V. Fred was the only person that offered me a "drive-out" price up front. There were never any surprises as far as price and he was very nice to deal with on the phone. The nights that I was able to come into the dealeship, Fred was not available, but Selam stepped in and took her time working with me. I appreciated this very much, even though she wasn't the original salesperson, she was great to work with, and it showed great teamwork on her part.

After visiting several surrounding Honda dealerships and spending hours trying to find a fair price on a 2013 CR-V, I was overwhelmed with the experience and almost called it quits on buying a new car. Russel & Smith Honda was the last dealership I stopped at and now I wished it would have been the first because I was blessed to finally find an amazing salesman, Gerson Guzman, who was willing to go above and beyond to ensure my experience was easy, quick, and most importantly joyful. Gerson immediately beat all the other dealership's "best" prices without the back and forth haggling and kept his word! I greatly appreciate his honest and helpful character and will always recommend him as the car salesman to go to!!!

I had been thinking of trading my 7 year old Hyundai maybe...soon. I was stuck in traffic in front of R & S Honda so why not just take a look? I was met by a tall young man with a big smile. Could he be of help..well maybe. He did a good job of describing the different products & features so we took a ride.. I have bought many cars over my past 80 years, but never so comfortably. I respect R&S for giving this man an opportunity & the guidance for him to be successful in this respected agency. And yes I do enjoy driving this car.

Selam was very helpful. She took the time to show me how all of the different features on the car worked. She set up my blue tooth and showed me how to use it. I really appreciate that. She made the sales experience pleasant and brings a positive attitude to her interactions. I will refer others to her as the opportunity presents itself. It was the sixth vehicle I have ever bought and, to sum it up, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I met Cyrus Bahraini at the Houston Auto Show while looking at the new 2013 Accords. The Accord looked so good I just had to test drive one, so the next week I stopped by to see Cyrus about a test drive. Cyrus was very helpful in explaining all the car's features, and the EX-L is loaded with gadgets. He never pressured me into buying and was straightforward during the price negotiation, but haggling was still necessary. I highly recommend both Cyrus and this dealership.

I have been helped by Selam Fesehatsion at Russell & Smith Honda located at 2900 South Loop West Houston, TX 77054. She is really great, helpful, useful and patient. I was somewhat indecisive but she gave me very good advice and helped me get a car that meets my criteria, with in my budget and comfortable to me. She helped me get a good deal, processed the papers really quick, showed me how to use the options available in the car. She offered to drive the new car to my place and when I went to pick it up, I found the car ready and there was NO delay.
Really happy with my experience with Selam and the purchase she helped me get!
