My Review of Russell & Smith Honda:
My mother was interested in purchasing a car for my sisters great accomplishments, as a surprise. I accompanied her to russel @ smith honda to look around. We were greeted politely by Danny Gonzalez, who showed us the vehicle. My mother chose one and the purchasing process began. Everything was quick and easy. What made this experience memorable was when we told Danny that this vehicle was being purchased as a surprise gift for my sister. He offered to setup the Honda Fit in the showroom with a giant bow on the car, if it was something that we were interested in. Upon approval from his supervisor Dino for the surprrise setup, who was also very professional and friendly, and the financing process with Santos which was expained in full detail, the plan was set. A few hours later we were back with my sister for the surprise of her life. Everything was awesome. Danny wasnt the stereotypical car salesman. His goal was above and beyond complete customer satisfaction on our purchase, not just another x on the board.

We had a great shopping experience at this dealership. Ali Fard was wonderful to work with. He explained everything about the car we wanted to buy and genuinely wanted to get us the best deal. He was never pushy and was very patient, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car! Santos Lazo was helping us with financing; he helped us to feel confident with our purchase...very friendly and professional as well. Thank you!

Danny was GREAT. He greeted us promptly after we got out of our trade-in vehicle & genuinely listened & cared about what our expectations were. He was very knowledgeable but not cheesy & made good personal conversation too! When we weren't sure about our purchase, we said we were going to go home to eat but introduced us to his manager, TJ, who gave us a deal we couldn't say no to. My husband & I didn't have many expectations going in, but I do now from other dealerships & other retail places because of the high standard the employees of Russell & Smith treated us with. Keep up the great work!!!

My Review of Russell & Smith Honda:
We chose to give this rating because we were extremely impressed by how friendly and helpful EVERYONE at the dealership was. A couple of days ago, before we visited this dealership, we visited many other car places during our search for a new vehicle. We were absolutely amazed at the intelligence that all of the staff had. Alfredo was extremely knowledgeable about the car (Honda CR-V) that we were interested in buying and he knew MUCH more than any other person from other dealerships did. Once we decided that we were going to get that car (which is amazing by the way) we then got to speak with Janet. Janet is such a sweet woman who is more than willing to help her customers. She is committed to her selfless service and it shows. We appreciate her friendly, outgoing personality and were SO SO SO thankful that we got to work with her in figuring out all things financial. Once we finished with her, we were then directed to Ami who was just as great. Ami was very sweet with the exact fun, outgoing personality that we experienced with Janet. Lastly, Jon helped out Alfredo because things got really busy towards the end of our time at the dealership. Jon was extremely knowledgeable about the Honda CR-V that we bought as well...he helped explain the features of the vehicle and even walked us through some of the technological functions that were in our car (Alfredo did this as well- and just as good).
Overall, our experience at this dealership was better than we ever expected an experience (which can be quite stressful for first time buyers) to be. We want to thank everyone who helped us with this car buying experience and we will definitely refer others to Russell and Smith Honda! -Becky and Jonathan

Danny was extremely helpful. He went to great lengths to make sure that I got exactly the car I wanted and that everything was perfect for me. I felt like I was having the red carpet rolled out for me. Also, I did not at all feel like I was being taken advantage of, and, in fact, think he gave me a very fair price. I felt respected and valued as a customer. He also laid out very clearly how to go about coming back for service, buying accessories, etc.
Santos was great, too. He was very clear and laid out exactly what was happening in plain English. He was nice and friendly and extremely informative.

My Review of Russell & Smith Honda:
Before making the decision to purchase, we researched options, BBB reports and comments on-line. As a result of our research, we passed 5 different Honda dealerships on the way to Russell & Smith Honda and our salesman, Ray Huddleston.
We had an excellent experience buying a new car through Ray last night. He was low-key, low-pressure, honest and friendly. He answered questions with thoughtful Pros/Cons without applying pressure to "up sell". We came in knowing pretty much what we wanted and my wife drove out with her new car in about two hours at a very reasonable price. (It would have been quicker, but we missed a turn during our test drive!)

Started out looking for a decent used car but finance plans changed that. Danny was very helpful. After shopping around the city and receiving some less then favorable customer service I went online and ended up speaking with Jon Moore. They were both very patient and helpful. Santos was great at explaining any financial jargon and steering me on the best path. Very thankful for all three and my new Civic!

My Review of Russell & Smith Honda:
I first went to Russell and Smtih Honda on April 28th to check out the new Civics for 2012. I bought my 2000 Honda Civic EX from Russell and Smith 12 years ago and this is the only place I would consider buying from. That experience was a great one and this one was too. My salesman was Fred Leber and let me just say this man is a saint! I went back for four days straight to look at the same few Civics over and over again. To say I was indecisive is an understatement. He was so patient with me, never once pressured me and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. Answered all my questions and was always professional and personable. Felt like I was buying from a friend and not a stranger which made the process that much more comfortable. I'm sure he and everyone else there didn't think I would make up my mind which one I wanted much less actually buy one. Well, I finally bought a beautiful Crimson Pearl 2012 Civic EX with navigation on May 3, 2012 and couldn't be happier. This car rocks and so does Fred! Amy Tran in financing was great to work with too and this was another all around wonderful car buying experience! Thank you Fred for having the patience to put up with me day after day. This is my third Honda Civic EX in a row and I can't imagine buying anything else or from any other dealership or from any other salesman. This will be where I always come back to!
