Everything & especially Danny Gonzalez was great except for the length of time it took. I think only one finance person was available on that Saturday which is probably why it took so long.

This was the best car-buying experience I've had in forty years of owning cars. Ray Huddleston did an exceptional job of selling me a new Civic. I had been a customer at another Honda dealership for twenty years, but decided to go to Russell and Smith for my car purchase this time because it is closer to my home. I am so glad I did! I can't say enough great things about Ray. He made the experience so pleasant and easy. He worked within my very strict budget and actually helped me get a nicer vehicle than I thought I could afford originally. He gave me a great price on my new car and a great trade-in price on my old Honda. Ray is a super-nice guy and is very thoughtfulful and concerned for his customers. He even kept my mom company while I was doing paperwork in the business office. My finance person, Darrell, also did a great job. He was easy to work with and finished my paperwork in a very timely manner.

I am giving a five star rating because I believe that Ray Huddleston is a "one-in-a-million" kind of salesperson. He looked out for my best interests at all times and actually made my time at the dealership fun! Here's a big shout-out to Ray H. and Russell and Smith Honda. Many thanks for the super service!

The greatest service that I have ever had. I have just purchased a brand new Honda Fit that is my very first new car and I have a wonderful experience woking with Mr. Ray Huddleston. Because it is the first time I buy a brand new car, I was worried about purchase process, especially the price. However, Mr. Huddleston is not only dedicated to helping but also offered me a surprisingly good price. I was really pleased with this purchase!

Our car broke down on 4/25 and we had to purchase a new one to replace it and didn’t have a lot of time for the process. I called Russell and Smith and worked with Ray over the phone and was able to get an excellent price for a 2013 Odyssey EXL and estimated value for my broken vehicle without having to haggle and without being pressured to make a deal right now. I had also called other dealerships in the area and did not get as good of a result over the phone. We came in the next day and they not only honored the deal that we had discussed but made it a little better once they were able to see my vehicle and had all of the details. All three of the gentlemen that we worked with (Ray, Simon and Dino) were very upfront, honest, friendly and most importantly didn’t pressure us to come in right away or make a deal immediately. They gave me their best price upfront and said it is good when we are ready to purchase. My entire family was there (wife and 3 kids) and everyone treated us all very kindly and with respect. I have purchased many vehicles at different dealerships over the past 18 yrs and this was by far the best experience. I would and will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the future.

This is our 3rd time buying a car from Ray and Russell and Smith Honda. They are always very low-key, and extremely helpful, making sure to understand OUR needs and what we want in a car. Ray even came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule. Amy was a real delight to work for and made the financing part, usually the most unpleasant part of car-buying, a true DELIGHT! We will be back again next year to get another new car from this great team.

This is the 2nd Honda I purchased from Russell & Smith Honda. This time I met with Dung Lee and Ray Huddleston. They were both very friendly and informative. With trade-in and getting windows tinted, it took a few hours to get the car ready. Ray kept my wife and I company and chatted with us. He was genial and patient. We appreciated their help very much! We had a great experience with sales consultant Ray Huddleston. We were in the market to purchase a Civic for my mother. Ray took the time to let us know all of our options and explained everything to us throughout the process. Ray was friendly, professional and never pushy. Ray was a great help in finding a purple Honda Fit in a short amount of time. My husband and I came to just check out the car and ended up buying it! Even though Ray was extremely busy (juggling 2 other interested buyers) - he never left us hanging. He was prepared with the car open when we got there so we could check it out before we test drove. And even though it took a while to get through the paper work (like I said, it was a busy day!) - once we got to Ami in finance she was great and got us on the road in no time.
