Predatory sales. Took advantage of my elderly mother My 79-year-old mother went to Rusty Wallis last week to look for at affordable used cars in the 8-10K price range. She left with a lease for a new pri My 79-year-old mother went to Rusty Wallis last week to look for at affordable used cars in the 8-10K price range. She left with a lease for a new pricey 2017 car. She says she got confused and frustrated and she didn't know what happened. She only has an income of 12K per year. With the monthly payments and insurance she is not going to have enough money to eat. I called the manager to ask them to change the deal to a car she can afford. He was rude and heartless and said he wouldn't consider trading the lease car in for a used car. Don't buy from these guys. More

Once we pulled in, Eric saw us and greeted us, I explained the car I was interested in, and he checked that it was still in inventory. It was, he went and got the car and pulled it upfront, he explained everything and let us check it out. We test drove it and Eric was professionally and down to earth, he was honest and answered any questions we had. To top it off, called within 2 days to thank us for allowing him to help us.
