Alittle over a year ago, I walked into Rusty Wallis VW and the front desk receptionist Linda Lang who was extremely professional and dressed to a "T" introduced me to the New Car Mangager Greg Wells who took amazing care of me!! before I knew it I was driving away in my new Tiguan! now that is has been a year, I took it into Greg and he once again took such great care of me, he handed my car over to Jeff Fagen in the service Deptment were they made sure all of my service needs were met! I have recommened Rusty Wallis VW to alot of my friends and all of them come back talking about what a great and easy experience Greg and the rest of the employees at Rusty Wallis made it for them!

Best prices in town. Got quotes from several other dealers in the area and no one could be straight with me. Everyone at Rusty Wallis Volkswagen was very helpful and patient. They did everything they could to answer my questions and make sure I got what was right for me. Did not beat around the bush on price and was very generous when it came to my trade. Anyone interested in a Volkswagen, come see these guys first. Ask for Mario if your interested in Internet Sales - he was the one who helped me and I couldn't be happier with all that he did.

My Review of Rusty Wallis Volkswagen:
I initially contacted three VW dealers in the DFW metroplex area and got the initial response on a Passat TDI SEL from all the three. On a followup email Mario was the only one who replied, guess the other dealerships were not interested in my business. Called Mario and setup a time. When we arrived at the dealership Mario was waiting for us. We test drove the Passat TDI SEL and the Touareg.

We finally went with the Touareg Lux TDI. In next hour and half we had the finance settled and walked out with the keys to our new SUV.

Just one word to sum up our experience at Rusty Wallis Volkswagen -- Fabulous. They treated us with respect and earned our business when other area dealership did not even bother to reply to our followup email.

My Review of Rusty Wallis Volkswagen:
Just had my car service by Jeff Fagan. No matter where I live in Texas I plan on making sure all of my Volkswagen's get serviced by him. I feel completely comfortable with knowing my car is taken care of with Jeff. He is great at explaining what needs to be done and the importance of how it effects the car and why particular work would need to be done. He is very personable and approachable about any question you may have about your car. The dealership is lucky to have an individual such as Jeff to help continue the life long relationship a client could have with a dealership. Often times it is the service department that can make or break a deal of what happens after the sale of a car. It also has a lot to do with future purchases at those particular dealership. Every car will have its problems, but is how the service department can and will take the time to not treat the client like another car but as an individual. Thanks Jeff for being professional, honest in your approach to questions I have about my car, and for always taking the time to take care of my car's needs.

My Review of Rusty Wallis Volkswagen:
I live in McKinney. I drive across town, passing two other VW dealerships, and take it to Rusty Wallis to get all my service done. The reason is the level of service by Jeff Hagan. There are very few times in my life that i can remember ever getting the level of service that I received working with Jeff. When talking to Jeff you know your getting the truth about your vehicles needs and not getting taken advantage of. The team at Rusty Wallis is a cut above the competition. Thank you again Jeff. My Review of Rusty Wallis Volkswagen:
Just wanted to say that I am soooo glad Jeff Fagan is back at this location. He has been my service manager since 2006 and I will continue to buy Volkswagen vehicles just because of his excellent service and character. These days in time all anyone cares about is quantity rather than QUALITY service and Jeff defines that "Quality Service" that consumers look for. He has taken such great care of me and my car over the years that I have followed him from Rusty Wallis to Boardwalk and back even though I live in Forney. He does business the right way and the industry needs more individuals like him to run a GREAT COMPANY. He's personable, honest, and takes pride in his job and that's what I look for in a service manager. Not often do I find people out there like him so I am super glad to have him as my service manager!!!!

My Review of Rusty Wallis Volkswagen:
The biggest reason by far that we drove 3 hours to buy a car from Rusty Wallis was the cheaper price. But not far behind is the help of the salesman, Scott Pittenger. Scott was incredibly helpful and patient, and very available to answer our questions in the research phase. When we got to the dealership, Scott was knowledgable and friendly, and very approachable. Definitely made our experience a good one, especially as we were a bit nervous. Scott went to the extreme to be helpful - setting everything up ahead of time, even down to little things like screwing the license plate on the car and warming it up for us...and getting an extra iPod cable. As car salesman go, Scott breaks the mold in all the right ways. Professional and friendly.

Great service. I was impressed with the friendliness and expertise of the employee who sold me the car. One thing that wasn't so great was that one of the sale's employees tried to push an insurance plan that I did not want on me. Other than that, it was great.
