Had to tow it into Ryan (I own a repair shop with my own tow truck) Was told that neither Chrysler nor R I have a 2014 ram 1500 with 5100 miles on it. Had to tow it into Ryan (I own a repair shop with my own tow truck) Was told that neither Chrysler nor Ryan will pay the tow bill. Went through steps to get this settled but nothing has been done as of 1 week. I have left 4 messages for Matt to call and find progress on the matter, but I have not heard from anyone yet.
