She found a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu LT at Ryan Auto Mall online and we planned one more trip to look at cars before she went back to college. We were very impressed with the organization of the lot, found the car right away and were then kindly and professionally greeted by Bob Bina. We told him we would like to test drive the car, he quickly made a copy of our drivers license tracked down the key and we were in the car and on the road in a matter of minutes. He did not try and upsell us, asked my daughter very specific questions and educated her on the car. No hassles, just kind honest car buying. She loved the car, (it is a really great car), made the purchase, they shined it up, we signed the papers and drove away. Very happy and satisfied. We would totally recommend Bob Bina and the Ryan Auto Mall and will be back. It was the most enjoyable purchase we have ever made and we are very happy with our decision.
