A friend recommended Salerno to us and boy was she right! From management to sales to maintenance to finance, every interaction was pleasant, informative, and low pressure. We knew we wanted a Ford Flex, but From management to sales to maintenance to finance, every interaction was pleasant, informative, and low pressure. We knew we wanted a Ford Flex, but not sure of the features. Bob Cerza was highly knowledgable and walked us item by item through each of the models, encouraging us to test drive each one. When we decided to purchase the floor model, he had every car moved out so we could test drive that one to be sure. He then patiently walked us through all our financing options, helping us to decide which was best for us. When I went to pick up the car the next day, he spent more than an hour demonstrating and setting up each of the many features this car has. He was extremely affable, and funny, too so this felt much more personal than a typical sales exchange experienced at other dealers. I highly recommend Salerno Duane Ford and especially Bob Cerza! More

I was in the market for a new mustang and visited Salerno Duane to test drive one. I met Bob Cerza there and right from the get go found Bob to be very accommodating and knowledgeable.
