Over charging at its finest. Obviously there’s employee commission because they took me behind the woodshed. I wanted an oil change. I said several times just change the oil. But they took the liberty to rotate my tires ($50) change cabin filter ($83.43!!!) and a number of other charges I was not aware of. Walked out of there paying $299.30. Absolutely awful please DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. I’m sure they are even worse in sales. Slime xxxxx. More

After purchasing a 2018 Tundra on April 20 from an Austin dealer, I returned to that dealer for service to address a master message, "trailer disconn After purchasing a 2018 Tundra on April 20 from an Austin dealer, I returned to that dealer for service to address a master message, "trailer disconnected," when my RV travel trailer was clearly and properly connected. A service advisor and technician did a brief diagnostic check in the service lane (at no cost) and concluded that the problem was with the trailer connector and/or wiring and not the truck. After two trips to an RV dealer for trailer service and replacement of the trailer connector and wiring (at a significant cost), the message continued. I then went to San Marcos Toyota and the Service Lane Manager, Melanie Grantham, immediately determined that the Tundra needed a software update. Within 2 hours, the software was updated and the problem was solved. I am extremely satisfied with the service at San Marcos Toyota!! More

Honestly impressed. I had come by here a few years ago and they have since seen a change in management. It does not go unnoticed! San Marcos Toyota went above and beyond for me. I worked with Daniel for a little over a month, discussing the exact car I wanted. He was very helpful and just as excited as I was. Worst service department I have ever used under new management. Since owner changed, I have had three very poor service. With the past owner you could bring your car in for express service for an oil c management. Since owner changed, I have had three very poor service. With the past owner you could bring your car in for express service for an oil change, tire rotation or regular service checkup and it was completed in 30-45 minutes. After management changed, it took 1 and 1/2 hour for an oil change. Management told me there are under construction and to make an appointment. Next time, I made and appointment for a 25,000 mile check, took an hour and 45 minutes. Complained they apologized again. Came by today without and appointment and they no service advisor came out, a kid from the shop tried to help, he talked to the service advisor who would not come out and told the kid to tell me it would be 3 hours to get to my car. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!!! FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AVOID THIS ONE!! More
