We drove over 60 miles and passed up a bunch of Ford dealers just to come purchase our second SUV from John. He’s very responsive to questions and even came in on his day off to accommodate us. Best experience I've had at a car dealer. This was a far, far better time than I've had at any dealer, ever. Good price, they didn't short me trade-in, no excessive or hidden fees tacked on. Customer service zero never a follow up call its like they don't care they offer a lot for your trade tell you they will work on it and never get some type of follow up. I had Kieran Mitchell for my cars salesman he gets 15/10 I had Kieran Mitchell for my cars salesman he gets 15/10 Stars. He was amazing worked with me helped me try to get into the car when I was worried ab I had Kieran Mitchell for my cars salesman he gets 15/10 Stars. He was amazing worked with me helped me try to get into the car when I was worried about the price and got it down to something that sounded reasonable. Now for the dealership overall they get a 5.5/10. He warned me that they do charge stuff that they did to the car that I didn't care about and I was thinking maybe it would be like $200 or so no it came back up to over $2,000. So the price of the car went all the way back up to where I didn't want to pay. So now I feel like I overpaid for my car. I got the car cuz I drove over an hour to get there and I just couldn't drive back empty-handed. So just warning you even if you get a good price you're going to overpay for all of their taxes and fees they add on. More
