Buying a car is something I dread or I guess now I should say "used to dread". My experience at San Tan Volkswagen was, without question, the best car buying experience I have ever had. I knew I wanted a Volkswagen. I was going to buy a Volkswagen, but how my experience went was going to determine where I was going to get it from. I went in with hopes of working with a female for my potential purchase. After walking around other car lots and having no one approach me to see if I even had any questions and then finding out that my husband, who happened to be walking around the same lot, was asked over 4 times, I was already dismayed by the gender bias. So here I was, going in to spend a lot of money, already planning on being disappointed with my experience. That was not the case at San Tan Volkswagen. They instantly accommodated my request and even better didn't even hesitate. Their number one concern was that I was happy with every step of the process and that was very clear from the beginning. They helped my pick out the best car for me, get the price I was looking for and made sure I was all set up with the bluetooth/navi/clocks/radio stations and made sure I understood how everything worked. It was an extremely easy, fast and friendly process. I would definitely buy another car from San Tan Volkswagen and would refer friends, family & colleagues without questions.

This was by far the best experience my wife and I have ever had in purchasing a car. Jack Rasmussen was extremely helpful, professional and friendly during the process. We were able to get a fair amount for our trade-ins. The overall process was quicker than we expected. On our initial visit we were only planning on looking and not buying. We were so pleased with the service and "NO PRESSURE" sales tactics used by most dealers that we decided to purchase the Eos from Jack. Christian was also very helpful in explaining the financial process and as well the NO PRESSURE sales tactics for all the add-ons you expect with financing a car. First class team at San Tan VW. My family and I came in a few days ago just to look around and see what San Tan VW had, then Ron Sund came up to us and he was awesome from then on! He was helpful, so informative, and incredibly nice. I insisted on coming back again a couple days later to specifically San Tan VW because of the great service and their great cars for much cheaper than I found at the other VW dealerships. Love my new Passat TDI! We walked into the dealer not even sure of the car we wanted, with several other trips planned for the day. In the end, Volkswagen quality and our great experience at San Tan eliminated our need to look elsewhere. Jairo took a great deal of time with me going over 3 or 4 different models and explaining the benefits of each of them. He also answered all my questions (there were a lot) on hybrid vs. diesel vs. gas models. John also came out to further answer my questions about the filtration systems on the TDI models. Their attention and patience was wonderful. We were asking questions and looking at cars for several hours. I was also very picky on color and interior of the car I wanted. They did not have the car i wanted on the lot and I was originally going to have to wait a week for my vehicle. Thanks to John and Jairo, my new car was at the dealer before we were finished with paperwork and I was able to drive it home that day! My husband and I were extremely pleased with what we were given for our trade-in and they worked with us on price so I could get the SEL instead of the SE version.
Working with Christian in financing was also a pleasure. I made him go over our loan agreement 3 times so I understood how much we were spending on the car and he happily obliged. I did not feel overwhelmed or pressured on any "extras". We did opt for the term warranty but felt no push back when we declined the a tire warranty package. Christian was very forthcoming and honest about what we would benefit from and I feel excellent about our warranty and loan. I am even setting up my loan payments differently based on Christians advice.

Ron was great and easy to work with. The whole sales process was smooth and when I asked for specific info he was gladly able to provide it quickly. All the figures were laid out to what I was needing and never once did Ron or a sales manager try to push anything on me. I would recommend San Tan VDub and Ron to my family and friends. Thank you

Jack was very knowledgeable about the product line and very helpful in answering our many questions and addressing our concerns. He was polite and approachable and expedited our transaction. He followed up the next day with a phone call and encouraged us to call or stop by if we had any questions or concerns.
Christian was very engaging and friendly. He detailed all of our finance and protection options, reviewed all of the data and explained the process. All in 30 minutes.

I was having problems with my current vehicle and was looking into buying a new one. I was looking at the VW Tiguan. Christian Howk from SanTan reached out to me and we schedule an appt to meet. However, on the day of our appt I had to take my car to the shop to get some work done. Christian was nice enough to come pick me up. After test driving the Tiguan, I was ready to purchase it. Christian explained my options and the best way to go. At this time, leasing was a better option for me. I worked with Christian Harding in finance. He was quick and consice about the paperwork. After all that was done, I had to wait for the vehicle to come from a different dealership. However, they were nice enough to offer me lunch or coffee while I waited.
After all said and done, Christian Howk and Christian Harding were very friendly. I received great customer service. As for my car at the shop, they were handling the transportation to SanTan. I didn't have to worry about driving it or getting it towed back to the dealership.
I had a great experience here. I would recommend SanTan VW.

We came into this dealership in the summer of 2012 and met Jack for the first time. We were not quite ready to purchase right then and he respected that and was not pushy for a sale. We took his business card and kept it on hand. When we were finally ready to purchase, we came in again and specifically asked for Jack. He remembered us and took care of us right from the start. He is an amazing man with a kind and understanding heart. He helped us reach a deal we were comfortable with for our family. I highly recommend him to anyone!!! You will not be disappointed.

I have been a Volkswagen owner for a long time. I am apart of the VW aftermarket community. In the State of AZ, San Tan VW is the place to go for people who love VWs First off, Jack was EXTREMELY courteous, he was straight forward, the offers that he gave were the best ones that anyone has given my wife and I. I will not only work with him again, but recommend him to anyone looking for a Volkswagen in the future. Christian who did our financing was AMAZING as well. he explained everything to us and even said what he does with his own VW's. We never felt pressured and when we were ready we were taken in like family. Even the people who weren't making the sale were super friendly. this is the third car I have bought from Ron. He is fantastic. 5s all the way around. Ron is very courteous, low pressure, acessible, and friendly. The financial team worked closely with us on financing and they stayed late to help close the deal. Ron has folllowed up for months after each of my purchases to make sure that I am happy and have everything I need. Its always been a great experience.
