Nice people…. but I scheduled an appointment due to a recall on a part with my ford f150 lightening. Specifically gave my VIN number and asked if they had the part but I scheduled an appointment due to a recall on a part with my ford f150 lightening. Specifically gave my VIN number and asked if they had the part in before scheduling. Then 1 hour into my appointment they tell me they do not have the part, and will have to order it. They stated Ford won’t even let them order the part until after physical inspection of the vehicle (I’m not sure I believe this). But I have no other ford dealerships nearby so guess another it is what it is situations. More
