Battery Change Was able to call and bring in the vehicle without an appointment to see why it would not start without charging the battery. After they did a diagnostic, they discovered a bad cell in the battery and replaced it. They also did a complete diagnostic to ensure that nothing else was causing a problem. The folks in the office and service area were both polite and knowledgeable. More

I felt at ease with his vast knowledge and pleasant personality. He was ready and knew of my appointment. When I returned to pick up my Ford 150, I was greated by Emily Smith who is their Service Advisor. She greated me with a smile and a very pleasant personality and very was well updated on my truck. I keep returning mainly due to the sincere and professional attitudes I received each time I use their services. All personnel I came in contact with were proud and pleasant individuals to talk with. Emily n Paul are awesome caring people and I want to thank them for a wonderful experience at their service department of Sanders Ford in Swansboro. Thanks!!!!! More

Mustang Help! I wanted to do something nice for my mother who is in hospice care. When she was younger she a 1965 Mustang. I thought it would be nice to rent a Mu I wanted to do something nice for my mother who is in hospice care. When she was younger she a 1965 Mustang. I thought it would be nice to rent a Mustang one weekend and drive her around some. I wanted to do this while she could still enjoy this. I called around to all the rental agencies in the area: (Morehead, Swansboro, Jacksonville, and New Bern) I was told that they don't hold specific vehicles and that they would not guarantee a mustang. I went to Sanders Ford in Swansboro and told my story to Kevin Blake. He listened and told me to come back on Saturday and that "they would fix me up". I went back Saturday morning and they were true to their work. Mr. Blake had Rob Winslow help me. They wrote me up for a 96 hour temporary registration and allowed me to pick any car I wanted. Since my retirement in 2007 and moving to the Swansboro area I have purchased two new Ford vehicles from Sanders Ford in Swansboro. The sales person was Mr. Eric Jones. Mr. Jones was super. The last purchase, a 2012 Ford Edge, developed a leak in the transmission coolant line. When I took the car in to be checked, Tiffany O'Neal and Brandie Hatke from the service department were exceptional. Steve and the other technicians were also part of the problem solving.
