I got to say I was a little scared at first, but once leaving I was highly satisfied and convinced. Both associates are very kind and funny which is a plus. Chris was very nice over the phone and pretty much explained everything and made it clear if I was not satisfied with what they had to say there was no pressure I can say no. Once I arrived at the dealer, Chris was occupied but right away had another salesman to help me which they did not have me waiting. Aurelio right away took charge and was also nice and knew his stuff. I clearly told him what my limit was and what I could afford. He made it possible to have me leave with a 2015 Chevy Malibu, which I absolutely love! I have recommend others and definitely if needed in the future would purchase another vehicle there with them. As a lifelong Ford man, I never would have believed I could love a Chevrolet so much. But I do. Buying a new car can be a stressful experience, and I'm not always the easiest guy to deal with. My salesman, Steven Turner, helped make this purchase really fun for me. He is friendly, thorough and 100% professional.
