My Review of Sandy Sansing Mazda:
We are from Panama City,FL and decided to drive over to Pensacole because the dealerships in our area did not have the car I was looking for. I wanted a Mazda3 2008 or older. We stopped at several dealerships along the way and found a car I thought I wanted at the lincoln dealership across the street from Sandy Sansing but I just didn't have a good feeling about the car and the sales rep was being very "fake" and trying his hardest to get us to stay when I had repeatedly told him we needed to go to lunch and think about it.

As we were leaving to go get food I noticed Sandy Sansing's dealership so we pulled in. We were immediately greeted kindly by Joel Jones. I told him what I was looking for and the price range I could work with. He did not seem to mind and took us all over ALL the lots they had. I have never seen such a huge inventory...if you want it...they probably have or can get it! I had to have a car that day....after looking at a 2008 mazda3 I really like we started talking about a deal...the sales manager Wayne Collins (sales manager) came up to me and told me he did not want to sell me the car because they had made a bad deal when they bought it for to much....I really appreciated him telling me the truth rather than just letting me spend my money on a car that was not worth what they wanted. Joel started looking again...the thing I liked the most is that I did have my mind made up and he did not try to convince me into getting another type of car. After being there for almost 3 hours we found "the one" a beautiful black 2011 mazda3. After a little wheeling and dealing Wayne got the price down to something I could work with. I really really appreciate all the hard work Joel and Wayne did. Joel went so far as to try and find me cheaper insurance while I was there because I had none at the time and all the insurance companies were trying to charge crazy amounts. I would and will definitely recommend Sandy Sansing and Joel and Wayne to anyone I know that wants a car! This was my 2nd car but the first time I actually had to go through the deal myself. I felt welcome and they seemed very genunine and honest...no gimmicks. And thanks to them I found my dream car that I completely 100% love! THANKS JOEL! Kristy and Chase from PCB =)

My Review of Sandy Sansing Mazda:
We (myself and Becky) highly recommend this dealership.. it is well worth the drive from Spanish Fort, AL - We had been in the new car market for a month or so.. would research online the cars we were interested in.. then go to the dealerships, went to several in the Spanish Fort area, as well as Mobile area. All Makes and Models.. NONE of the dealerships was as friendly, and provided the customer service we rec'd at Sandy Sansing Mazda! Other dealerships attitude was "you pay our price or walk, cause someone else will pay it" and we were actually told that.. When we told David Bailey we had a price already in mind, he was like ok, lets see what we can do.. and he actually went below the price we had in mind. IT was an AWESOME deal! We love our 2012 Madza3! Consumer Reports rate it very high and recommend it, and now so do the Anthony's...We will tell anyone who is the the car market, new or used to make the trip to Sandy Sansing in Pensacola, FL.. We rate this dealership a 5 star. Way to go guys!

My Review of Sandy Sansing Mazda:
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I heard it was the best, so I felt confidente that I would get the best. Purchased a car, and within 2 days it was in their service department. Out of the 48 days I have had the car, I only had it for 23 days. They had it the rest of the time. I was told the car would be fixed, not to contact my warranty company, nor inform the lien holder there was a problem. I was told that since the problem occured before my extended warranty took place it would be fixed not to worry. I found out today, that they will no longer work on the car, that I need to take it another dealership so they can fix it. So now I have to pay a $100.00 deductable and fees for a rental car. I explained to the managers that I feel they should cover any exspenses to get the vehicle repaired. Their response was an apology. Sooo...look elsewhere before you deceide to buy from these people!!

My Review of Sandy Sansing Mazda:
Randy Witzel made my experience with purchasing a brand new 2011 Mazda CX-7, as simple as if I were purchasing a new shirt. He is quite possibly the most easy-going, personable sales rep. that I have ever dealt with. When I told Randy that I was interested in a Chevy Equinox as well, he even went so far as to drive me over to the chevy lot to compare the two vehicles. That alone, made me confident and comfortable enough to know that Randy believed in his product...and in-turn, I believed in Randy. Excellent experience, with a competent and trust-worthy salesman. Kudos to the entire Sandy Sansing Mazda team! I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from these folks! A+++++

You are an outstanding person and I can't even explain in words how much I appreciate you for finding my dream car and having it come all the way from Tennessee! I have been waiting for this perfect candy apple red, fully loaded mazda 3 car and you are like a fairy godmother and made my dreams come true! You are super friendly and totally not at all pushy! My parents and I have been bragging to everyone about you and how you are the best dealer we have ever had. Also, thank soooo much for decorating my car with ballons and putting it in the show room,that definitely made it worthwhile. Again, you are a wonderful person and I am extremely fortunate to have met you and you have made me one super duper excited, happy girl!

My Review of Sandy Sansing Mazda:
I was looking for a used truck. They had one that was exactly what I was looking for. Mr. David Baily was very help full with any quesstions that I had & Mr. Guy Doss was very helpfull with trying to get me the best deal & best trade in for my vehicle. The truck had one minor defect with the hood trim, & even though it was a GMC product, they went out of their way to have it resolved at the Sanding Sansing Chevrolet dealership.
I would STRONGLY recommend this dealership to any one who is looking for a new or used car or truck.

My Review of Sandy Sansing Mazda:
We were promptly greated at the dealership by salesman David Bailey. He was very knowledgeable about the Mazda models. He inquired which model we were most interested in and showed us several vehicles. Once we picked a particular vehicle we took it for a test drive. During the test drive he pointed out various features in the vehicle. Once returning to the dealership he continued pointing out features of the vehicle. Once we began the purchase process, it was very quick and hassle free. This vehicle purchase was the fastest and most enjoyable of any vehicle purchase (new or used) that I ever experienced. I will definitely recommend Sandy Sansing Mazda to my friends and relatives.
