Very Poor Customer Service Visited Santa Fe Ford on a Saturday for a vehicle that we located online (2013 Explorer Limited). Appeared that there was only one salesman who had had to keep jumping for customer to customer. The sales man could not be attentive because of other customers and had to wait for help several times. Decided to purchase a used vehicle. Santa Fe would not provide an owners manual, floor mats, master code for the key pad, or even screws for the license plate. Tried to speak with the sales manager but the sales manager would not speak with me and would not return any of my calls. Also found the other salesmen in the customer waiting room watch TV. More
