took new f150 in for oil change, went to pick up said I had a front seal linking on the trans, to bring it back leave it with us for couple of days. Got loaner a forcus coffin on wheels. Went back to pick up the truck they then tell me the parts want be in until Monday Nov 7th after lunch. They call around 2:00 to tell me that now they need to keep it for two weeks that they need to get the correct bolts for putting the trans back together and they won't be shipped out till Nov 19th. Now we're talking about bolts that have never been torqed. I paid $45,000 for this truck what is wrong with this picture?????????????????????????????????????????? More
