I bought my Veloster back at the end of October and have continued to bring it in for my regular oil changes. I am a traveling sales rep and need an oil change about once a month. Every time I call Bob takes care of me immediately and gets me in quickly and promptly for my oil change. Not only that but the entire dealership could not be more friendly and acoomdating. Bob also informs me of things going on with my vehicle that I would never be able to keep track of on my own. I will continue to bring my Veloster here for service for the lifetime of it's ownership and then most likely buy another Hyundai from the team when I am ready for a new vehicle.

My wife and I had lost a transmitter to our Santa Fe. We had only one transmitter as the previous owner had not turned both transmitters in. Kurt, in sales, graciously ordered us another transmitter and Daniel provided it to us at no cost.

This is an example of customer service at its best. Thanks.

I bought a used Hyundai Santa Fe from Savannah Hyundai. Daniel Brown and Charles Pennamon went above and beyond to make my purchase great. They saved me several thousand dollars off a new one and worked out the loan quickly and at a great rate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car. We have been lied to,and given false info about our issue with our 2006 Sonata. We have payed for parts an service that were not needed. I recommend Ed Voyale Hyundai in Atlanta,they are so nice and helpful with a compatant staff and will bend over backwards to help there customers. Avoid savannah Hyundai at all cost for your service needs! You have been warned.

From beginning to end, my experience with savannah Hyundai was wonderful. Regan had cars selected for me to look at that would fit my price range and be reliable before I even arrived. Everyone that I spoke with was very upfront, professional and friendly. Car shopping can be intimidating, especially while under time constraints. I felt at ease with regan, Daniel and Paul and knew they had my best interest in mind. I left after a couple of hours with the perfect used car for me! From the moment i stepped into the Lot until the moment i left Mr. Toles made it a comfortable and friendly atmosphere to be in. Mr. Toles made me feel as part of his family. Very detailed in everything and there was never any rush or pressure from him throughout the whole process. Mr. Toles definitley made my visit and purchase a great day and a wonderful experience. Deloris was great helping me beat Danny down! Danny found my price though and it was fun dealing with these two fine folks! Reagan was Mr Follow Up online that drew me in. Paul isn't just informing but honest and straight forward when explaining all the insurance and Gap.
