This was one of the worst car experiences I have ever have in my life. Tony Shaw did now help me at all and came up with all different excuses on not helping customer today. I don’t know what kind of dealership operations they are running here at Sawgrass. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here for service . Requested time off from work just not to get any help. Terrible customer service. He had the audacity to tell me that I would have to pay for two brand new tires before doing diagnostic on my car. Then he told me that they don’t really change tires on my kind of car anymore which makes no sense to me since it’s a Infiniti. Please don’t come here for service the worst in the business. Phil Kasten was no help and unreliable as a manger . Be aware of this place they try to take your money . Money hungry More
AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE! In my 46 years of driving, I have purchased well over a dozen cars for my family and myself. I have never had a worse experience than with Sawgrass Infiniti. Last week, I purchased a 2 year old, non-Infiniti branded car from Sawgrass. The car has electrical issues which prohibits me from driving the vehicle. I have asked Sawgrass for help – I would strongly prefer returning the car for a refund – If that wasn’t available, I just wanted help from Sawgrass with a dealership (that they have a relationship with) that could resolve this issue. But to no avail – they won’t even return my calls and provided zero help. My STRONG RECOMMENDATION – Go to JM Lexus or some dealer in the area for a used car. After running into this problem I have now searched other dealership policies. Some offer 60 day or a 2000 mile limited warranties for used cars that are not even their brand. This is a big expense for most people and to be ghosted by the general manager/owner is absolutely insulting. Sawgrass Infiniti has 1 out of 5 stars on BBB with a slew of complaints – I should have investigated before going there… that’s on me. There are much better options than this group. More

Once we purchased the car, Walter took all the time needed to explain functions and features in the car, and he helped set up some functions such as ApplePlay. This QX60 is the second car we bought from Walter. And he is the go-to guy for future purchases! Steve Samson is an excellent service advisor. He's been our advisor for many years, and I can't say enough good things about him. I highly recommend working with Steve. More
