Paid for service that didn’t happen I was there Friday for the hundred miles service I paid 560 to have my serpentine belt spark plug and valv gasket. When I was there to pay I notice the surpentine belt was not on the repair. The girl came out and said it was done it was part of the 100 miles change. When I got home my son looked at my car and said the belt wasn’t change. When I called the girl I told her she lied and the belt wasn’t changed. I was upset and did raise my voice beacause I asked her there and she kept saying yes it was. She said if I keep raising my voice she will hang up on me. I asked for manager she said he wasn’t there. Now I have to go back Saturday to get it done and she said for no charge. No kiddingI already paid for it? Is is because I was old and a women she was playing me for a sucker. The sales process was handled professionally when I received the car starting with Mark who walked me through setup of my phone (finally have Bluetooth capability in my car) and showed me the highlights of the car, to Melissa who helped with my granddaughters car seat, and Kevin in finance that explained the sales contract in easy to understand terms. Immediately filled it and took it to another Honda dealer where I had the oil changed and did 2 follow up visits to see if the oil was leaking or burning, and it checked out fine. I’ll NEVER go to Schaller again. I did call to speak to the service manager. He wasn’t there and I was assured that he’d call me back...which he never did. If you have an oil change, immediately check your oil levels after leaving. More

Dishonorable Lease Buy-Out I turned in a 2014 Honda Civic 1 month before the lease was about to terminate. I entered into a new lease agreement with Schaller for a 2017 Civic. I contacted the dealership 45 days after the 2014 was turned in because the dealership still had not paid the last lease payment on the 2014 lease. The dealership told me they had taken in a lot of cars at the end of July 2017, and it was taking the dealership 45-60 days to release checks, but a check would be issued soon. I called back when it hit 60 days and the check was still not issued and was given no firm answer. After many emails and calls, I was told a check would not be issued. More

At initial visit, had to wait at least 20-30 minutes to be greeted and offered help Did not get what I wanted: Had first decided a factory order At initial visit, had to wait at least 20-30 minutes to be greeted and offered help Did not get what I wanted: Had first decided a factory order was best since my colors were not available in 150 mile radius - perfect because I still had two months left on my current lease On the return visit, had located a car, so agreed would still have a few weeks to take delivery (at least until the end of the month) Was contacted a few days later with urgent need to take delivery in 2 days or Honda incentives would go away; only 10th of the month, not near the end No offer to refund my deposit, so I was pretty much stuck Pricing was not competitive Outside of Honda incentives, dealer was only offering a <0.5% discount Initially told $700 total discount, but that changed to $660 when the MSRP on the invoice changed to not match the sticker, which was not noticed until after I was home Have seen discounts of >10% at several other Honda dealers since Add-ons: Managed to avoid the extra paint/wax package Pushed into getting the gap insurance and extended warrantee at the last minute with the finance manager when under time pressure to take delivery before the incentives expired (see above) Slow service at pick-up After rearranging a difficult schedule (for two people) to pick-up the car prior to the incentives expiring (see above), and being told about 1.5 hours was needed, pick-up lasted more than 2 hours and still did not have a complete tour of the car.
