Before I left home I was called and told there were no more to be had. I decided to come anyway, and talked my choices over with Fez Hidri. He was very helpful. Eventually I decided to order a 2017 model. There was no high pressure sales talk. They asked what I wanted, and saw that was exactly what I got. When I took delivery, Fiz had the car ready, with read outs at the correct settings.. He showed all the car features and how to access them. All in all, from beginning to end, my experience was pleasant and efficient. I'm not very good with names, but everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. More

We had a certain budget and a car I had targeted dropped significantly the day of the purchase so we planned to go right away. I chatted with Liz on the web to let them know we were on the way. She said she would contact us if anything changed with the vehicle. The car had been moved from the lot without their knowledge and they all worked on locating it before we arrived. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. We went home with a car that was the same year and make as our old one with less miles and more frills for pennies more than our insurance check. I will definitely look here in the future if I am in need of a car. More

Unfortunately, there's no quiet waiting area. A big TV was blaring in the waiting room (even though none of the several people in the room seemed to be watching it). Other dealerships (e.g., Sommer's in Mequon) have quiet waiting places for customers who want to (or need to) read or work. I would be more likely to return to Subaru City for service if I knew I'd have a quiet place to get some work done. Everything other than the noisy TV was fine. More

Oil change and continued concerns about oil consumption. We brought our 2014 Subaru in for routine service, oil change etc. We have had continued concerns about excess oil consumption with this vehicle. Although an oil consumption test was done the first time we raised concern it did not reveal a problem. This vehicle continues to use more oil than a newer car should be using but we are told that nothing can be done. We have significant concerns about this problem because our last Subaru Outback had a cracked block and the engine had to be replaced after owning the car less than 2 years. We use this car on a daily basis and to travel long distances. We do not want to have to deal with a huge problem a long way from home or lose this car for our day to day use. Talking with a representative from the national Subaru office brought no satisfaction. So even though we love our Subaru and enjoy driving it we are considering replacing it with another car to avoid this on going concern and problem. Our local dealer has been attentive to our concerns but it appears that their hands are tied and can do no more for us. More
