I had to have my hinges replaced on both my doors and hood. This seems to be an ongoing issue with Jeep, but the dealership had no pushback on scheduling the work. Even though it took awhile to get the hinges they gave me a rental for that period of time! My Jeep is the mojito green which after 6 years of ownership they amazingly were able to color match to the point of I can’t see a difference on either the hood it the doors. But here is the kickers. When it was in the body shop they noticed brake fluid on my tires, both sides… it seems the company that installed my lift did it wrong and my brake lines were worn out do to friction. the company is no longer around, big surprise. They immediately showed me my the issue and since I was going on a two week vacation I left my Jeep in their care. Carmen my service rep was so insanely diligent about communicating with my the progress and making sure the job wouldn’t fall between the cracks. This was also during the time supply chain issues were happening all over the country. The wait took an extra 2 weeks but the communication via text never stopped and apologizing for the delays which I told him were not necessary because he and his dealership were not to blame. Eventually I received my Jeep back looking brand new. Service to me is the defining item that will have my dealership loyalty and Schumacher Jeep and Carmen have mine! More

This is my second jeep with Schumacher. The first one they could never fix the problem so they gave me my repair costs towards a new one. I cannot believe this is my second jeep and again I am stuck with a vehicle they cannot repair but in reading blogs from jeep this is a legitimate concern and it is driving me crazy that I got stuck with two vehicles they allegedly cannot fix. More

So you tell me how you would review Schumacher Jeep… I called on a Thursday for an appointment on Monday. Told them I would have AAA deliver on Monday, my response was if you bring it in via tow.. it wou called on a Thursday for an appointment on Monday. I get there and she tells me it would be a little while before I can get a time. I spend two hours when she comes in and says we don’t have time to look at it today I should have gotten an appointment. Seriously … I had an appointment. A week later I call to have my car towed to another dealer .. then all of a sudden they are working on it. So I have a buddy that lives close to go check and it’s sitting in the parking lot. So I Uber to the dealer and suddenly my jeep is done and a 1000 Dollars for a 50 dollar part… RipOff then it gets worst there is another 50 dollar charge for supplies so I said what supplies and he had the xxxxx to say toilet paper, paper towels and stuff foe employees. Are you freaking kidding me. TELL ME HOW WOULD YOU RATE SCHUMAKER JEEP….. if I could give less than 1 star I would. So disappointed!😢 More
