I was inquiring about the trade in program. First sales person was very rude and I did not like his comments towards me, so I walked away because I was also there for service. As I was waiting, Tim Black c person was very rude and I did not like his comments towards me, so I walked away because I was also there for service. As I was waiting, Tim Black came and found me to see what happened and if he can try and make the situation right. He was very friendly and understanding of the situation. He did everything he could to make it right! He was very good and we ended up trading in our car and walking away with a new one. You never really think car buying is going to be a pleasant experience, but as my 5th car from that building, I walked away happy and know I got a great deal. There was no hassle. Tim was all about customer service, we were in and out. Very professional and walked away very happy. I would highly recommend Scott Clark, but more specifically Business Manager Tim Black. More

Every time we showed up, she always had a friendly demeanor, and never gave us the cold shoulder for being so indecisive. Marcus, the sales manager was very patient with us and was willing to hear us out on our list of wants and the price we were willing to pay for it. We ended up getting a great used car for a very reasonable price, and all our 100's of questions answered (sometimes multiple times) accurately and thoroughly. The sales transaction was smooth and pretty efficient. We would highly recommend this dealership for its friendly atmosphere, approachable staff, and great prices. More

Greg first worked with us on the internet and by phone, then he arranged for Tim to help us at the dealership the next day. We received fast and clear information from Greg, so we felt comfortable going to Scott Clark Honda to consider our purchase. To our delight, Tim had a van waiting up front for us and was there to greet us as soon as we arrived. We felt that our time and preferences were very well respected, which is important to us. In a very reasonable amount of time, Tim showed us a van, accompanied us on a test drive, answered our questions and negotiated a good and fair final agreement for purchase. Tim then arranged to have the van we wanted delivered to their lot within a few short days. Both Tim and Greg greeted and helped us on the day we came in to pick up our van. Megan did a nice job of presenting available accessories. Kristin White, Finance Manager, was very helpful in explaining our various options and was charming to boot. We actually had fun while arranging our loan and maintenance agreements, something way above our expectations! Taylor did a great job of orienting us to the features in the van, like Bluetooth. Tim and Greg's follow-up has been fantastic throughout this process. Everyone we encountered on staff, from the front desk to finance, was so helpful, courteous and welcoming. Although we contacted several dealerships to consider this purchase, we initially prioritized Scott Clark Honda for two reasons: our positive experience with servicing our Accord and its convenient location. Working with such a responsive, helpful and respectful sales staff made a purchase through Scott Clark Honda a slam dunk. For starters, I called the service dept to get info on replacing the tires on my car, and talked with Scott Hall. Today when we took the car in to have the tires replaced, he met us when we walked in, gave us more info, and could not have been more helpful and nice . I was totally impressed! Then we walked into the showroom to check out the new SUVs with the intention of looking around for just a few minutes. Then we met the most friendly, nicest salesman I have ever met, Tim Black. You know the expression of car salesmen being a nusence, but not Tim. We were all to willing to listen to him and even go on a test drive w/him, all of which was very enjoyable..........it was very easy to build a relationship with him which I feel is extremely important to feel confident throughout the process of buying a new car. I feel like he will work w/us to achieve our goal. We will definately be checking in w/Tim again as we do plan to buy within the next few months. I have taken my current car (which BTW is a Nissan) to this dealership for service for several yrs. now because of the friendliness of everyone you encounter there and for their outstanding service dept. Now I'm looking forward to working w/Tim in sales. Also, I have owned Nissans for over 30 yrs. and now for the first time I'm ever I'm changing ......to Honda! More
I have absolutely pleasant experience with the dealer and the sale person Steve Carlton. The OTD price was agreed through email communication so the whole process to get the delivery of the van was extre the sale person Steve Carlton. Steve was off the day we picked for the delivery but as soon as I called him, he said he would be there to get me the vehicle. Great customer service and would love to go again. Unfortunately the headsets were not there when we picked up the vehicle. So I let Steve know and he has been after that and will make sure I will get it. I will give my next review in future for the dealer based on after sale service. Hope this review may help find your dreamed vehicle from the dealer:) more later.... More
