**DON'T BELIEVE LETTER** First let me say I've purchased 9 Hondas over the last 15 years from 2 different dealerships in NC. LaPointe Honda and Hendrick Honda. I've been getting these letters over the last 9 Hondas over the last 15 years from 2 different dealerships in NC. LaPointe Honda and Hendrick Honda. I've been getting these letters over the last year or so about coming to trade my Accord for a another newer car. Sounds Great right? Well I wouldn't know, I had my doubts going in but was floored when I actually tried to find out more information. It was a letter that said ask for me personally, so instead of showing up unannounced I called, not once, not twice, not three times but 4 times. The first I asked for Mr Threatt only to be sent to the service department, the second I left a message for Mr Threatt, now it was becoming comical so I called a third time a left a message with a young lady I'm assuming at the front desk and the fourth and final attempt I left another message. I thought that was a lot a work for a potential customer but maybe its worth the work, NO! I was driving home from work(it was my half day:) and I thought well I'll just pop in and speak with Mr Threatt because he's the one who sends it out right? Wrong again- I walk in and was greeted by a young lady who never got off her stool and I asked for Mr Threatt, a nice gentlemen then walked over to this little station and was talking to a gentlemen, by this time I ran to the restroom, when walking out I saw the gentlemen I originally spoke with in this little office to the right, he speaking to a bald gentlemen and it was obvious he didn't know I was standing right outside his office, all I heard Its just a letter and can you not handle it. I completely understand when people are busy but being that you sent me the letter, you are in the business of selling cars, I'm in the market, you'd think he would pay a little more attention to a customer. I took my letter to Sean at Hendrick Saturday and he said it was just a gimmick and its shame what people have to do these days to sale cars and while I'm sure there's gimmicks out there, my problem is that it worked and I contacted them and then even came to the dealership only to be treated like I owed them something or i was wasted their time. I did buy my car and it was because of this so called "gimmick" but just not from the Scott Clark Honda. More

This by far has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership!! First of this is the first time we have bought a car outright and to have such an awful experience has really soured me. My hus with a dealership!! First of this is the first time we have bought a car outright and to have such an awful experience has really soured me. My husband liked the car but I couldn't stand the salesman. He talked way too much, didn't answer my questions straight forward, and left me sitting for over 30 minutes while he drew up the paperwork which should have already been done before we got there as we called ahead and told him we were coming to purchase the car. Then the car was missing a privacy screen which we were told would be replaced before we left and it wasn't, we paid with two checks from two accounts, one of which they were supposed to hold until I called them as I was getting funds transferred and they didn't which resulted in an overdraft on my account and fees which they said they would repay and didn't. To top this they run a credit check on us for no reason, we were paying cash and everyone knows the more this is done the more it affects your credit. We have excellent credit and when I called to ask why I simply got a run around of no one knowing why?!*# To top it all my temporary tag has expired and when I called DMV to check on it I find out that the dealership never even registered the vehicle until the day before it expired BUT the plate is on its way and hopefully the title will be here in a couple of weeks. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy and you can be certain I will not be taking my car there for service. More
Tim Fox was a true professional throughout my new car buying experience. He took the time to listen to my specific financial situation and worked hard to arrive at an agreeable selling price. This dealership deserves more than the best rating, they have really perfected the art of selling and what the perfect buying experince should be for the consumer! My salesperson was Tim Fox,one of the most have really perfected the art of selling and what the perfect buying experince should be for the consumer! My salesperson was Tim Fox,one of the most courteous, respectful and honorable salespeople I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I used to be in this sales field myself,so I know what its all about and am more critical than other consumers. But Tim and his dealership really took me by surprise, did not know such professional dealerships still existed, but they do and this is the best! I would recommend this store to everyone, no matter where you live,It took me over an hour to get there and would do it again! From start to finish, they never let me down!! More

This was my first car purchase ever, I came into the dealership looking for a 10,000 dollar car! Instead the salesmen Eric Perrymen showed me a 2010 Honda civic for $19000! I said its to high, I seen on dealership looking for a 10,000 dollar car! Instead the salesmen Eric Perrymen showed me a 2010 Honda civic for $19000! I said its to high, I seen online for about 16,000! So he told that's just the final price after taxes and everything! If I put my 1200 down payment, it"ll come out around over 17000s! I thought that was a pretty good deal! So I sign the paper thinking everything was done! I had a co sign with credit, they check her credit but never once did they tell us what her interest rates were! So now we moved onto the financial guy Brian Cramer not friendly at all! Soon as we sat down all he said was sign, sign, without telling us what our interest rate were or bank we fiananced through! He only show and explained about the protection coverage! Because it had many option! Due to my inexperience I was still thinking I was just paying 18000! I was too trusting of them, so looking at the real actual price of the car never crossed my mind! It wasn't till I got home and looked at my contract that I was paying over 25,000 after sales interest rate for a 2010 Honda civic lxs at 22,000 miles! The car didn't even have floor mat, I asked he told me it was in the trunk, but wasn't!      More
