Pete Acree went beyond his duty in the attention of service that he offered when we took our 4 Runner in for service. This is the 2nd car we have purchased (and had serviced) with Scott Clark's, and h service that he offered when we took our 4 Runner in for service. This is the 2nd car we have purchased (and had serviced) with Scott Clark's, and highly recommend them. The service was prompt and thorough, and they kept us apprised of the costs as it was examined.(All car service prices are very expensive, hence my #4 (good) rating for a car that is no longer under warranty; cheaper prices MAY be found at other places, but it is important to us to have service at a Toyota dealer). Pete even went to the extra trouble of locating me another much needed keyless remote. We have owned many cars between us and our 4 children and Scott Clark offers the very best service that we have ever experienced....... More

Charlie Greer met us with professionalism, kindness, and a general warmth about him. He understood that time and money were an issue. We met with him at 8pm Thursday evening about a used vehicle. He found us one that fit the bill that was a little over our budget. He fought until 10pm that evening and until 12:30 the next day to get us down to a payment we could afford. We could never thank him enough for all he did for us. He was never once pushy or frazzled; just calm and warm. This was key considering my old truck had literally blown up two days prior and i was a total wreck! He helped me through the process step by step and even took the time to get me familiar with the entire facility, service area included. The whole staff was great but Mr. Greer really stood out! I thought this review would be the best way for me to say THANK YOU for EVERYTHING!!! We couldn't have been happier, or more greatful for our wonderful experience. More

My wife and I have bought cars from Scott Clark Toyota for years now and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. We currently own 4 toyotas and are pleased with them all.Our dealings with the sales depa for years now and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. We currently own 4 toyotas and are pleased with them all.Our dealings with the sales department has always been enjoyable and very easy.As great as the sales department is however,with 4 toyotas, I spend alot of time in the service dept. and I can't say enough great things about these folks!I actually enjoy coming in for service as these guys are all so nice and willing to help. My "go to guy" in the service dept is PETE ACREE.Pete has gone out of his way to make certain that my service experience is always perfect .I've dealt with Pete to a point that I have complete trust in what he tells me I need to keep my cars in top notch shape. When I send my kids to get their toyotas serviced,They know to always ask for Pete as I know Pete will take good care of them. This level of service has truely spoiled us to where I just don't think about going anywhere else. From the call to make an appt to the speed of service, I have been very pleased with the personal and professional attitude each member of the service group exhibits. My 2007 Camry has had only one problem having to do with the stereo- occasionally sound goes out when switching to an AM channel (resolved each time by turning unit off/on). The dealership continues to troubleshoot this issue and are replacing parts until the right solution is found. More

After my service was completed which was in the time range I was told, I Had the pleasure to meet Melissa who is such a friendly girl with a pretty smile. She was very helpful in explaining the services and pricing details of the bill. While paying for my bill Michael took to the time to say hello,and make sure I had no further questions. It's great to have my truck serviced knowing what I had done and working with such a friendly group of honest employees. More

I have bought 3 cars from Scott Clark and use them for servicing my car. I used to work with a service man named Jason who is no longer there, and he was very good. I can't say enough about him. He is always ready to help me and most courteous. He answers my questions and tries his best to advise me as to the most needed service at the time. I have 2005 Camry and he has helped me keep it in great shape. I would not go to any other dealership to buy a Toyota or to service my car. I can't say enough good things about Scott Clark Toyota in Matthews. Everytime I go there it's a good experience. They have THE MOST COMFORTABLE waiting area that I have ever been in and on certain days you can even get a manicure while you wait! (My sister-in-law in New York is sooo jealous of this!! She always says "Only in the south can you get a manicure at your car dealership!") I love it!! Don't hesitate to go there for any car need!! Buy your car there, get it serviced there...
