Scott Clark Toyota Scion has been in Charlotte for many years with my first purchase from them being in 1982. Since then members of my family have purchased over ten vehicles from them and not once have we been disappointed with the sales process or the subsequent servicing of the vehicles. My most recent visit was to consider purchasing a Tacoma. I called ahead and set up an appointment with Robert Van Alstyne who was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. He was friendly, helpful and completely knowledgeable about the product. Additionally, he never once introduced any pressure into the sales process but gave me solid reasons why the purchase would be a wise one. If anyone is interested in purchasing a new vehicle they will be very impressed with Robert Van Alstyne and will have a positive experience which is rare in the car sales world. By the way, he never mislead me on anything and conducted himself with Honor.....which is what you would expect from a former Marine. Thanks for your service Robert!

My purchase experience with this dealership was great. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. Reggie Johnson and Stephen Pecha did a great job finding me exactly what I wanted. I would also like to commend Jim Cline on working to see that I was completely satisifed. I truly believe this dealership cares about the satisfaction of each customer.

I bought a 2011 certified used car (Hyundai Sonata) at Scott Clark's Toyota Center through Robert Van Alstyne. I had completed an inquiry at the dealership website and within two minutes of submitting it I received a phone call from Robert. Robert paid close attention to my price point and other specific requirements and provided helpful guidance in the selection process. He has a refreshing and unique approach to sales in that he is well-informed, and understands what he is selling with regard to car value, features, and comparable products. He was most efficient in the use of my time and he was prepared beyond my expectations in answering questions and guiding me to the right choice. Robert Van Alstyne provided a remarkable sales experience for me while I was looking for a new Prius. I shopped via the dealership website first and communicated my questions through email -- he responded quickly, thoroughly and answered my questions completely. Once at the dealership, he proved to be very knowledgeable about my car of interest and walked me through all of the car's features. I have been looking for a new car for the past two years, and have been to many other dealerships in the Charlotte area; and was not sold on buying a new car until I met Tyler Flack. Tyler made me feel at ease with his no pressure approach. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and was pleasant to work with. At one point during our talks, it was well past closing, and he never made me feel rushed, or became frustrated, and did not pressure me to close the deal. I would recommend Tyler to my freinds and family when they are in the market to buy a new car, and I look forward to working with Tyler again when I purchase my next car.

Kameron and Mike spend lots of time with my wife and me making sure we found the exact car that met our needs. They worked to get us a great price and exceeded our expectations in every way. I even got follow up calls from them a few days after we had taken delivery to make sure we were happy and had no further questions. Anyone can write a glowing review when everything goes well. It is much harder to write a good review when things don't go well. I was a victim of murphy's law when I tried to buy a car, everything that could have gone wrong did go wrong. It's not easy to get me to change my mind when I decide I've had enough, but they were able to do just that. Not only did they make everything right, but they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I was very impressed with the way they handled the bumps in the road. They listened when I was confused and frustrated, and made all the problems go away. I highly reccommend this dealership.

I recently purchased a 2000 Nissan Maxima through Scott Clark's Toyota. Dominic was amazing! He wasn't shy on giving me all the details and at the same time making sure I was completely comfortable. My Fiance and I were in this Saturday to "look" for something new. We ended up driving out with a brand new Scion XB. Dominic was so helpful. He was professional but laid back. He answered all of our questions and was warm and friendly while doing so. He made us feel very comfortable and was definitely not pushy.

I look forward to seeing him when we go back to Scott Clark for our maintenance trips (which will be awesome because of the amazing amenities they offer while you wait) I especially liked how much he explained our warranty and all the great things that come with buying new from Scott Clark. I think this is what ultimately sold my Fiance on the car.

Don Thompson was who we worked with in Finance. HE WAS AMAZING. He was meticulous in getting all the paperwork right. While making us feel appreciated and taken care of at the same time. He literally made it fun, (even though filling out paperwork is usually never what you call "fun").

Overall, I loved the energy at this dealership. Each member of the staff was upbeat, and on point. Nice operation, Scott Clark :)
