At least thanks for recognizing you have a problem with communication. I Think there is a possibility that the employees I dealt with could be fairly new to your dealership but based on the training certificates and certification posted that Tiffany has all over her cubicle she does not lack experience. After she made the introduction we went to her cubicle and she tried to basically tell me about the shortage in vehicles I don’t know if this was a sales tactic. If this was a sales tactic it was not very good. I was turned off immediately but I decided to continue anyways because my mission was to purchase the EV six GT. I did explain to her right off the bat I was not interested in knowing about the problems the auto industry is having I was just there to purchase a car. This would be the same case with the sales manager obviously it was not his first day on the job it was not even his first management position in the auto industry based on his profile. When you agree to a price and the terms of a sale you honor them. If for some reason you cannot honor them you do everything you can to make the deal happen. I spent a lot of time at your dealership. All for nothing. Like I said I was glad you got back to me I just don’t think in this situation based on their experience this is a good excuse.
