Took my 2015 Chrysler Town & Country in for the 100,000 mile service plus some other issues. They did a great job with that. Less than 2 weeks later the engine was leaking coolant all over the engine. I ca mile service plus some other issues. They did a great job with that. Less than 2 weeks later the engine was leaking coolant all over the engine. I called Monday 8/15 late in the afternoon and described the issue. They said bring it in Tuesday morning. We dropped it off at 7:50 AM. They called me less than 2 hours later. They said the thermostat was bad. They said they should have picked that up 2 weeks ago but did not. They replaced the thermostat and topped off the coolant at no charge to me!! That is as good as customer service gets! Thank you Maria and the Service Team at Seaview. They even washed the car again before we picked it up. WOW! More
traded in a 8000 mile denali sierra for a 20 ram loaded. happy as xxxx they worked that out for me easily and quickly the reason for 2 stars is they hassled me after the sale for weeks about a contract f happy as xxxx they worked that out for me easily and quickly the reason for 2 stars is they hassled me after the sale for weeks about a contract for the denali stating they would charge me back $1000 if they didnt get it i have the text messages. then my temp tag expired and i wasnt told mynplates came in. at time of purchase i asked them to just fedex me them sincr im never in the area. then in typical NJ business fashion salesman texted me that i never asked him to mail. if i didnt inquire about them id never know they were in. so now i cannot drive my vehicle until i can figure out how to get there without my truck. wonderful. as usual GET EVERYTHING IM WRITING because theyll deny deny deny. msg me for photo of txt msgs if needed the after care is terrible. only goodnpoint was the ease of thr sales process. not 100pct bad at least More
The folks at the dealership are super friendly - great people very limited by the investment this company makes into their service department. They seem overworked and the company is experiencing turn ove people very limited by the investment this company makes into their service department. They seem overworked and the company is experiencing turn over. getting a service appointment is challenging at best, not the service advisors fault though. Their service area is in dire need of updating - quality of work and dedication to their customers is good. I was going to purchase another high end vehicle but I am thinking about going with a TESLA - no service required for that vehicle and Tesla is light-years ahead of the car industry. My recommendation to the dealership is as follows. 1. Update your service area 2. If someone purchases a 60,000$ vehicle give them a great service experience like Audi and other foreign car manufacturers do. You are light years behind their service areas 3. Allow you service advisors to build a relationship with your customers and give them offices and some privacy - I am not interested in hearing customers complain about their car issues when I bring my vehicle to be serviced. 4. have adequate staff to support the vehicles you are selling - or break out into a partner ecosystem where you provide and off campus experience to help accommodate the volume of service your vehicle sales require I said yes to recommend the service center because they have amazing people working there - and this was to be meant as constructive criticism not to knock the folks working there who do their best every day for their customers. they deserve better. I've had to get the following done in the matter of months after just getting it.. changed windshield due to a whistling noise, new battery that they charged me $300 for, not covered under warranty...to take and get Rubber gaskets from top and doors replaced due to leaking when it rains, wheels had to get painted because of corrosion, just found out through mopar I have 4 out of 6 oil changes left, after I have been taking it to pep boys for oil changes because of me not knowing... So this will likely be the first and last vehicle I purchase from them! I expected way more after paying $42 for a vehicle and an inconvenience as well More

I have done that in the past in my back yard on previous c I went there this morning and had a flat tired fixed. They put in a rope plug for $28.00. I have done that in the past in my back yard on previous cars. It is a temporary fix and illegal in some states. It should be illegal in New Jersey too, with our crappy roads. I have bought 3 Jeeps from Seaview and this will be my last one. Going to Pinebelt from now on. I can't believe Seaview Jeep takes the easy way out and does a rope plug on a $40,000 auto. They should have taken the time and done a radial patch. But it all about money for Seaview Jeep. They don't even deserve 1 star. According to the T.R.E.A.D. (Transportation Recall Enhancement, Accountability and Documentation) Act, instituted after the Firestone/Ford Explorer/rollover fiasco, it is now illegal in the US to plug a highway tire. It is"against industry practice" for tire shops to plug the tires with the external plugs. I GUESS SEAVIEW JEEP DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS SAFETY! More
Sales was good, service is ridiculously bad! This is a bit unfair because the sales department was very good - Ralph(?) was very helpful and polite. The single star (it would be lower if pos This is a bit unfair because the sales department was very good - Ralph(?) was very helpful and polite. The single star (it would be lower if possible) is for how incredibly bad the service department is. Brand new wrangler had check engine light on periodically since purchase. Brought it in and manager said it was a faulty knock sensor, but "they never go bad, so we'll just reset it and see if it fixes itself". Light came back on and brought it back (light was out by time it came time to drop off - said that they couldn't see the code so I had to bring it back when the light was on. Never mind that I couldn't control when it came on so they told me to stop in when the light came on, even without an appointment. Happened to be driving past the dealership when light came on so i pulled in - they gave me a hard time for coming in without an appointment but they eventually scanned the codes and said they couldn't get a "detailed read" of the code so they couldn't do anything about it. I asked for options and was given none. Went back again and they said its out of warranty so now I have to pay them $120 just to try to read the codes. Then I would have to pay for fixes since warranty expired. Other issues are normal - they lose your appointment reservations regularly and give you a hard time like its your fault. They do make reservations for normal (recall) work and then the work doesn't get done because they don't have the parts in stock - an additional visit. I have spent several hours in the waiting room there listening to them have these same discussions with people on the phone. The only reason this place stays in business is because sales is great but people are locked into going to their service department. One of the worst experiences ever!!! My recommendation is to buy your Jeep from here, skip the dealerships extended warranty (Max Care?) as it is worthless and get your factory service done ANYWHERE else. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Added - I noticed recently that their service department was removed from most other ratings websites - I wonder why??? More
