Horrible. They day after I purchased my try, the air conditioning didn’t work, they said I bought it with no warranty so they aren’t obligated to help me out. I have been receiving requests to leave a review, so I would like to share my experience. I paid $25,000 for a vehicle 15 days ago and received a bill of sale that contained an incorrect VIN. When I contacted my insurance company, they confirmed the VIN was wrong. I reached out to the salesman, Kevin, who informed me that they do not have the correct bill of sale and that I must wait for the title. Currently, I am still waiting and have been denied a refund, even though the car remains at their dealership. Essentially, I have paid $25,000 and am still waiting for my car. More
