John’s knowledge of the vehicles was top notch and easy going personality is great do deal with.....no pushy salesman here! John was the first person to greet me on the showroom floor even though I had passed several others, something I appreciate! I had purchased a GLK 250 Bluetec which I already owned another and driven for a 95,000 miles, thinking that maybe I made a hasty decision with getting another I decided to exchange it for a different vehicle.
