I entered this dealership interested in looking at a NEW R Class. Was shuttled to a very friendly sales person who only seemed interested in showing me used SUVs. Offered me an american brand and when I to R Class. Was shuttled to a very friendly sales person who only seemed interested in showing me used SUVs. Offered me an american brand and when I told him I wanted something more high end he showed me a GL with 60 plus thousand miles on it. When I asked him if Mercedes offered a split second row he told me they were never going to offer that which I found interesting since that is precisely what drew me to the R Class. Will not visit this dealership again. More

The place is always spotless. It is the only dealership I have ever been in where I would almost eat off the floors. Everyone is extreamly professional and helpful. it was just great...i called for service because the car told me that it wanted fresh oil....so i did what the car requested and made the call. i was connected to the service department immediately.. he to told me that it wanted fresh oil....so i did what the car requested and made the call. i was connected to the service department immediately.. he told me that it would take about 1 1/2 hours to make the car happy again. since my wife was the one that uses the car it would be her that would take it in. .. we spoke about the need of a loaner while the work was being done and we got the thumbs up on it..however, when my wife took it in she decided to wait for it.naturally she would require some refreshments while she waited and they were supplied..a cookie and coffee...when the dust settled ...1 hour later..it was done..my wife was happy which makes me happy and off she road into the sunset she road.... the ending of a good day for all..but...she will be back to do it again in another 12 months..thanks for the great service ..with a :-). Customer service: I bought my new (to me) 2010 C-class this past fall from another dealership. When it needed service, I sort of sheepishly brought it to Sears (it is under warranty and they are a Merced this past fall from another dealership. When it needed service, I sort of sheepishly brought it to Sears (it is under warranty and they are a Mercedes dealership). They didn't bat an eye at my having purchased somewhere else, and in fact they went WAY over and above what my expectations were for work on the car. Pretty classy start. Work and price: There are a couple of noises that bothered me, and they tried their best to locate them, even going for a ride with me so that I could point them out. I was surprised when they didn't charge me for this. My understanding is that even when a car is under warranty, they are going to bill you for the time spent on the diagnosis, especially if, in the end, there isn't any problem that they can find (Turns out I am super-sensitive to the normal noises in this car). Well, these guys didn't charge me a nickel, plus they gave a me an identical C-class for a loaner overnight while they looked at my car. I am realizing that I should have just gone to Sears in the first place to buy the car. Overall: They could have said "you're crazy and you owe us $300 for listening for problems that aren't there", and instead they said "no charge, have a nice day, see you later". Can't say enough good about Sears. More
