The only reason that I did not rate the Overall Experience a 5 (great) is that the vehicle had a transmission problem when I picked it up. I have never met a group of service managers so dedicated to making the painful aspect of getting your car serviced so pleasant! They are friendly, helpful, sympathetic and in a word fantastic. It was actually extremely cold, and closing time had passed, yet Matt unflinchingly used every resource at his disposal, like he owned the place, to show me every car and every detail that he thought I should consider before making a decision. Great sales experience where I completely trusted the Sears team and they were genuine throughout the entire sales process with no pressure - provided me options to look at and found the right car for me. Since purchasing the car, I have had great customer service and they have assisted me on 3 different occasions with service updates - 1) 1 year service update - process was seemless and provided me a loaner during the day, 2) flat tire - sears roadside team showed up at my office, put my spare on and I swung by after work and they put a new tire on (already had it mounted waiting for me to show up) and 3) front headlight burned out - I swung in at 6.45pm and they had me out of there in 5 minutes. I can't say enough about the team, the new facility and the overall experience I've had at sears - I would recommend it to anyone. More
