Kat was very nice. They couldn’t fix my Honda and was told to take to Honda. Honda would charge Secor almost 2,000 dollars. Service to our Outback was fine and vehicle was ready earlier than their original estimate. We had received a $50 gift card a week or so before the maintenance. We forgot to use it and discovered it earlier than their original estimate. We had received a $50 gift card a week or so before the maintenance. We forgot to use it and discovered it at home the next day (a Friday). The following Monday I went to the dealer and asked for the gift card to be applied to our bill and give us credit on the credit card we used for payment. They declined saying it had to be used at the time of service. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The gift card expires this June. I don’t foresee us bringing our Outback in for service for six months or more.
