I appreciate the honesty of the repair shop. I have dealt with other dealerships that will find a major repair even when you bring in car for oil change. As always, this team is very professional and very knowledgeable. It was an issue with back order on the parts. However, as soon as they came in that morning before 8 AM, I was able to schedule my app knowledgeable. It was an issue with back order on the parts. However, as soon as they came in that morning before 8 AM, I was able to schedule my appointment. All during this time, Kyle kept me informed on the latest updates on the parts and then once the Service started inform me when the service would be completed. More
