We had a scheduled 12:00 pm appointment with a sales girl that we had previously met with. We knew exactly what we wanted and the car was waiting for us.. We waited over an hour before we could test drive. O that we had previously met with. We knew exactly what we wanted and the car was waiting for us.. We waited over an hour before we could test drive. Once we test drove the car we were ready to deal. We were using the GM employee discount. At that point the only question was how much of a trade they were willing to give. (We had already stopped in 5 days before and they we well aware of the trade). After our sales girl made no less than 5 trips to the sales manager, he finally came over. After some extensive negotiating, we agreed on a price. Now 3 pm. We then sat for the next 3.5 hours while they came back with challenges indicating that they weren’t happy with the deal they agreed to. When we finally made it to the finance guy to sign the final paperwork, he rushed through the documents with little to No explanation of what was to be signed because it was so late in the day. We Should have walked out at least 4 hours before. Before we pulled out, it was past 7:30pm. The car we traded in we purchased from this dealership 6 years ago. There we numerous pieces of the transaction that was not true the last time we purchased.including giving a veterans discount along with the GM employee discount. This should have been a slam-dunk transaction with our excellent plus credit and our trade but instead the dealership made it the worst experience we ever had purchasing a car. We will never purchase a car from this dealership ever again. More

I brought my 2024 Blazer EV there for a key fob programming and emergency key to be cut. I also wanted a trim panel piece on the passenger door to be replaced on the cars warranty. They would not cut my key but programmed the key fob. They claimed they didn't sell me key so, no cut by them. They also would not warranty a chipped edged interior panel on my 24 with 9000 miles that I did not buy from Serpentini. Although they had no problem doing my emergency brake recall and key fob programming. Why not do the rest of the job ? I feel the programming fob and key cut should of all been done and for one price. The interior panel is a mfg warranty item that should be replaced with no questions asked More

Service-brand new car, low voltage battery with a message telling me car may stall. I asked for a new battery and to have entire car looked at. They only charged the battery and today, I’m getting the same l telling me car may stall. I asked for a new battery and to have entire car looked at. I’m beyond furious that this dealership was unwilling to put a new battery in a brand new car with 170 miles on it for customer satisfaction and NOW I have to deal with it again. I have had many Chevy vehicles from this dealership and so has my family. My Dad worked for GM for 32 years. I’m disappointed and annoyed as my job is very busy, it’s the holidays and I had to beg to get in in the first place. Do better!! More
