Terrible customer service and an even worse service department. Back in 2023, I made the switch from RAM to Chevy and purchased a brand-new truck from Serpentini Chevrolet. I was initially very happy with the vehicle, and the sales team treated me well—until the check cleared. After that, good luck getting anyone to return a call or follow up. Reaching someone who can actually help feels like playing the lottery. My truck has had multiple issues since purchase: -Ongoing power surges that happen randomly—“Cannot duplicate the issue” was the only response. -The rear window leaks when it rains, and still no resolution—black mold is now forming. -The factory exhaust system was faulty and rattled. It took repeated requests and finally showing up unannounced to get someone to take it seriously. -Clear coat is peeling in one spot, and despite the GM Corrosion Warranty, they refused to fix it. To get the exhaust fixed, I practically had to beg a service advisor and technician to ride with me just to confirm the issue. They eventually agreed to order the part, which took about a week—fine. But two weeks later, still no call. When I followed up, I was told my service advisor no longer worked there and no one knew whose exhaust it was. Great communication and accountability. They also refuse to provide loaner vehicles—despite this being a new truck with unresolved issues. To top it off, I contacted the GM customer care line, and while the rep has been helpful, the dealership hasn’t even responded to her either. At this point, I’ve spoken with a family attorney and am looking into other actions. Sadly, Serpentini Chevrolet has become a textbook buyer beware situation. More
My salesman Johnny was very helpful, he was not pushy and helped negotiate a good price for the vehicle I purchased. The finance department was very helpful and friendly also. We went today to lease a brand new 2025 Chevy equinox ev. The manager,Jack was super nice.😊 Alot of negative comments, but we are very happy customers.😊 The only downfall is that they are located past ev. I was quoted $230. 00 before the work was done. I figured approximately $248.40 with tax. After the work was done, I was charged $273. I asked Will why? He said due to t 00 before the work was done. Aidan went above and beyond to make sure I understood the features, got Onstar connected and was as pleasant as could be. It was a very pleasant experience. She is a credit to Serpentini and made transitioning to the XT4 seamless. Kudos to Aidan and Kidos to Serpentini for having her. More
