Jamaar was very professional and stayed late to close the deal. Also, Justin(finance) stayed late to finish all paperwork. Thanks guys! I'm excited to drive my new vehicle and look forward to a long stand deal. Also, Justin(finance) stayed late to finish all paperwork. Thanks guys! Came to the dealer just to get ideas, left with a new truck. Never pushy, just presented me with options. Ended up finding a great buy. Once deal was final, detailing and car check was completed in a truck. Never pushy, just presented me with options. Ended up finding a great buy. My salesperson lacked professionalism. The whole buying experience was poor, I felt extremely pressured and backed into signing paperwork. I told them repeatedly that I was under a time constraint and had experience was poor, I felt extremely pressured and backed into signing paperwork. I told them repeatedly that I was under a time constraint and had to leave at a certain time but would be happy to come back the following day when the trade-in I looked at was CLEANED and INSPECTED. They wouldn't negotiate or hold their offer unless I agreed to sign the paperwork that day without the car being inspected and certified. I just should have walked out right there, I regret that I didn't. Admittedly they got me the monthly payment that I wanted but the manner in which they did was so high pressure. I was not happy at all. Even the finance guy asked me why I wasn't happy, I just got a new car and I told him because his sales people pressured me into it. I don't like doing business in the manner they conduct it. When I did go back to take delivery of the car my salesperson was a total jerk. Nothing was ready, he did not have the inspection report. He said he couldn't get it but I could come in another time and look at it. My son had to suggest he fax it to me, which he never did. Another sales guy had to point out my sales guy that the dealership stickers were still on the car; those should have been removed before delivery. He took that car around back to do that, when he brought it back up he left the parking lights on. I hadn't noticed it until so much time had passed while the salesman was walking around trying to get my temp plate and other paperwork together that I noticed my lights were on now that it was getting dark outside. I asked him why they were on and he was very flip and said " I guess I guess I left them on"; no apology and he sent my son out to turn them off. The salesperson didn't know anything about the inspection, he couldn't tell me what was fixed or replaced. He " guesses" new headrests were ordered. He didn't see to it that the pinstriping was fixed as I requested. He didn't see to it that I had matching floor mats. If I had not signed the paperwork I would have walked out and left the car. I will never buy another car there nor would I recommend them to anyone. More
1st - I would recommend SERP to a friend with the advice..."read everything & trust no-one..." All the known dealership tatics were played, "four squares" at the table w/sales people - then everythi advice..."read everything & trust no-one..." All the known dealership tatics were played, "four squares" at the table w/sales people - then everything different when you hit the finance office...waiting for every in-between! You will pay off your trade in - they will figure out how to keep rebates & your $$ down. Don't kid yourself! Everyone I worked with was friendly - of course. More
Rodello showed great personal initiative, along with Mr Serpentini (both) by negotiating a trouble spot with me in my time of need. I have nothing but good things to say about Bob, Bobby, and Rodello for Serpentini (both) by negotiating a trouble spot with me in my time of need. I have nothing but good things to say about Bob, Bobby, and Rodello for my very first "brand new car". I thoroughly enjoy it and look forward to referring them highly to my family and friends. More

Mr. Serepentini sat down at highly. They very knowledgable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase and was able to locate it within a very short time. Mr. Serepentini sat down aty my table and we had a good conversation with each other. There was absolutely no pressure in purchasing my new vehicle. When delivering the new Avalanch, the service department did an excellant job of cleaning and preparing it for delivery. I was also instructed on every feature that was on it. She also helped me with OnStar and getting extra phone minutes. More
From the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted with a friendly face. The salesman was not pushy, offered a lot of informatiive info and did not waste my time. I asked him if he could giv greeted with a friendly face. The salesman was not pushy, offered a lot of informatiive info and did not waste my time. I asked him if he could give me a price range of what the dealership would allow me to purchase (as my credit is not that great) and he came through right away. A lot of dealerships could take lessons from Serpintini. I have called back several times and somethings that were wrong with the vehicle (ie tail lot not working) and they told me to bring it back and there would be no problem. I am recommending this dealership to anyone who tells me they are looking for a vehicle whether it is old or new. I would like to thank Serpintini for a great job and the hard work that it takes to satisfy customers. Kudos to you. Thanks again. Patricia Smith More

In the 5 hours I was in the dealership EVERYONE ( from Bob Serpentini , to the car porters) was friendly , and helpfull. To be clear right off the bat Kara Lee did a great job up through the deal being finalized. My experience with the financial department was good while i was there not so good after. Seems like customer servi through the deal being finalized. My experience with the financial department was good while i was there not so good after. Seems like customer service is only good during the deal? I will start the detail with sales: 2/10 we signed papers 2/13 we picked up the spare that was not on the vehicle at time of purchase. at this time i asked our sales rep to contact the previous owner if possible (she said it was) to let me know the modifications that had been done to the vehicle. She explained she would and get back to me either way. I have yet to receive a phone call. Financial: 2/10 signed papers with Justin. a few days later he contacted me via voicemail and asked for me to get back to him with information about our company which I did via voicemail the next day. In that same voicemail I asked that he verify our mailing address as it is commonly entered incorrectly I asked him to call me back to verify. No response. After a few more days I called back and left another voicemail asking again about the mailing address as my concern was growing in regards to the memorandum title. I left all the valid information and asked to be called back to verify. Still no response from Justin. 2/28 called again to speak with Justin and got transferred to someone else (I do not recall the name) and explained the situation because we still have not received a title. He took my information assured me it would be completed. 3/1 contacted the bank after I received a letter in the mail stating some of the sales information was incorrect. I asked about the mailing address and they had received no communication from your dealership to change the information. They changed it on the phone and I hope that we will receive a title before the temp tags expire next week. Service: To quote your website: "Each used car at Serpentini Chevrolet of Strongsville has been through a detailed inspection by our auto technicians to ensure the superiority of our pre-owned vehicles." I question this statement as shortly after we made the modifications to return the vehicle to stock we removed the plow to find 3 of the 4 ball joints were bad. This did not show in the test drive because of the weight of the plow, but they were so bad that the vehicle had to sit close to another week before it could be repaired. This cost my business $1125.95 if this would have been disclosed prior to the sale we would have never purchased the vehicle. I believe the vehicle never went through an inspection as the damage was clearly visible once the vehicle was in the air. With our business growing at 22% annually we have a fairly significant need for vehicles and with local dealerships being sub-par I originally believed we might have found a dealership we could partner with moving forward. My experience since signing my name has certainly changed my opinion. I would certainly appreciate an email regarding this matter Bob Jones and the deal was completed under Halman Inc. I hope that this matter is addressed promptly. More
