The sale part was good, but I found out the tires are dry rotted and the breaks are bad, needs new rotors and I dont have the money to do it since I had to buy set of tires before they caussed me to wreck. I tried to call about the alrm even went out there to ask for someone to check it out for me and got the runaround. I like the car but feel like because of my bad credit i was taken advantage of. I arrived at Serra Nissan, after going to 2 other dealerships trying to buy a new vehicle, but Serra Personnel worked with the lenders to get me the best deal. I didn't see how hard they tried on my dealerships trying to buy a new vehicle, but Serra Personnel worked with the lenders to get me the best deal. I didn't see how hard they tried on my behalf until weeks later, when I received the rejection notices from prospective lenders.
