Another body shop wanted to get my business and offered the part and service at lower price and warned me about dealership being pricey. However, Ralph and Steve gave me a better customer experience and worked with me in getting a great rate for a genuine Toyota radiator and made a loaner car available to me. They were very patient and understanding. In the end, I saved money with them, I have confidence about the auto part that was used and have peace of mind that my kids and I are driving a safe vehicle again. Thanks Ralph and Steve!
