Very nice! We searched the internet for a Chevy Impala. Finally found one located in Lansing, MI. We drove 3 hours to this dealership. James EXCEEDED my expectations, as I have had a very stressful experience prior to visiting Suburban Cadillac of Lansing. I've had several other dealers, and private parties try to sell me vehicles that had problems, or salvage titles (I was searching for a used vehicle within a certain price range). Also, other dealers made me feel as though the money that I was able to spend was nothing (had a budget of 4k, which is a substantial ammount of money no matter what you are purchasing). Regardless of my budget, James made me feel like a king during my experience, he made my deal hassle free, he took extreme care in going over the performance of the vehicle that I purchased, and followed up after the sale. The amazing part is that he personally delivered my vehicle from Lansing, MI to Redford, MI, and came to my job in Ann Arbor, MI to have me sign my paperwork, that is quite a bit of driving, and commitment! I will definitely be returning when I am ready to finance or buy another vehicle. More
