I had also left a brand new cd in the radio of my old truck. One call to the dealer and they immediately mailed our missing items to our home, which is considerate because we live almost an hour away. Cathy Reed (the salesperson) was very helpful on the phone and was more than happy to answer my many questions (I had never purchased a car from afar before). I put a deposit on the truck at about 4 pm on Saturday and it was ready for me to pick up on Monday morning. The dealership experience was among the best I have had and Cathy and Manny (finance) were both helpful, friendly, thorough and, importantly, fast. I definitely recommend Cathy and this dealership. I would consider them even for a new car purchase (i.e. when, in general, the product itself is the same at any Ford dealership) despite the distance from my home, and may have to do so when they get ahold of the new Shelby gt350.
