But like any great organization, it's only as great as the people it has in it. And the people I delt with at Shaker were truly professionals. I initially spoke with James Clanciolo on the phone. His straightforward and helpful demeanor caught my attention as he didn't come across as a salesman but more like an uncle who was looking out for you. This hooked my and so I drove right over. Once there, I was immediately impressed with cleanliness and beauty of the facility. Right there I said, this is a place I like being at. Then I met up with James, who was working with another customer. Rather than wait, James offered me another salesman who was free. He introduced me to Klitijon 'Kay' Bekurti, who proved equally impressive and accommodating. He was friendly, helpful and an overall pleasure to do business with. He took the time to show me the entire facility and briefed me on all the capabilities and 'plus' features that go above and beyond dealerships. When selecting and purchasing my new vehicle Kay was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed.
