I found a pre-owned Mustang convertible online that I was interested in. Because I live 3 hours away, I really wanted to know the overall condition of the car before driving all that way. I was fortunate enough to get in touch with James Cianciolo and explained to him what I was looking for and just how picky I was about the condition of the cars I buy. He said he'd take a detailed walk around the car, make notes, and call me back. James called me back later that day and went into detail of all the imperfections of the car, even the small ones. Based on his description I made an appointment to look at and test drive the car. I can tell you that his description was very accurate and I wasn't disappointed (in stark comparison to a couple other dealers who told me only what I wanted to hear just to get me there, and then I found their cars very disappointing).
