The entire staff was amazing to us throughout our visit. The sales, management and finance team’s approach was unlike our previous experiences with other dealerships in the Richmond area including Carmax and several others. Our family and friends look forward to our next vehicle purchase experience when the time comes as we have found a home at Sheehy Ford! Mr. Brower was an amazing help to us and with suggestions, insight, options and technical knowledge. His no hassle approach and patience with us certainly made the purchase transaction painless. In addition, Mr. Ingarra was also truly a pleasure providing us the best financing options that met our needs with a complete overview of the purchase. Was sold a CPO low mileage car with multiple issues We bought a certified preowned car with just over 20,000 miles and found that it had multiple issues. We had it for three days and we are going on al We bought a certified preowned car with just over 20,000 miles and found that it had multiple issues. We had it for three days and we are going on almost 3 weeks where it's been at the dealership where they are trying to figure it out and fix it but taking their time and keeping us in the dark. We have tried getting the attention of people in management to help us out and talk to us and tell us what is going on but we've only had one response Which was just repeating what the technician says which isn't very much. We still don't have a resolution and we are waiting to hear More

Wow! Wow!! Wow! We wanted a truck and decided to go looking on a 20 degree day. There was no one in the lot because of the temperature. Lisa came outside and qu Wow!
