Robert was very friendly and answered our questions immediately. He even helped us re-set our door passcode on our new Escape we bought at another dealer. Our experience with Vinnie Ingarra was awesome. He is a very friendly and warm person and unlike the many pushy salespeople we have come in contact over the years. We had intended on purchasing a new vehicle but instead we walked off the lot with a barely broken in "used" car. We had a wonderful car buying experience because of him. He is most definitely an asset to Sheehy Ford in Ashland. Also, we have had the pleasure of also dealing with Andrew Asher who takes care of titling and registrations for Sheehy Ford. Unlike Stacy Jones, one of the higher level personnel (finance dept?)at this location who did have the time for us the day the deal was closed to try and sell us products and services we were not interested in and and did not want, Andrew took the time out and went above and beyond to assist us in all the aspects of getting our vehicle registered and titled out of state due to my husbands military status. We appreciate the fact that our titling situation is a pain and were very up front with everyone involved in the car sale from the very beginning and even stated that we would do the titling and registration on our own to save them the hassle as this was not our first go around buying a vehicle. As I have said, Andrew has been a great help in getting us everything we need to be able to do so including obtaining a second set of temp tags that will allow us to drive our "new" car until our actual plates arrive which Stacy apparently was unable to do by making a simple call or sending an e-mail to get done. More

He worked hard to find us a car and get us some financing and was very very understanding and caring and we would definetly work with him again. however we would NEVER deal with Michael Schiraldi again. from the minute we walked into his office he was very cold and hipocritical. he told us he could only get us financing from "a bottom feeder". He treated us like we were scum and acted as though the sooner we got out of his office the better. He promised to call us the next morning and my husband actually had to call him. He was very uncaring, and customer service is definetly NOT his forte. More

I had a great experience on the 20th of April with having service on my 2009 Explorer.
