My Review of Shelor Toyota:
My brakes were serviced by this dealer. I had to do the work over myself after they botched the job twice. Then I was interested in buying a new Tundra. The sales people were rude and really didn't know much about their vehicles. One salesman told me the new Hybrid Highlander didn't have a transmission. I test drove a truck and when I got back the salesman had vanished. Another salesman said he didn't know where he went and then turned his back on me. I will never go back to this dealer for anything.

My Review of Shelor Toyota:
truck needed touch up on paint - chipping at rear of cab. Dealer keep for weeks and truck had to be returned and came back in even worse condition, when picked up the windows had been sandblasted, paint was ruined (painter left fingerprints in the paint and then clear coated it). BAD, BAD BAD. dealership was difficult and refused to set appointment to repair when we tried to get it fixed. Painted whole side of truck in stead of just touching up the damaged areas (caused from road debris due to design flaw) painted whole side of truck and when I sold caused me to loose even more money. I don't recommend this dealership and especially their "outsourced" paint/body shop
