This is my second Toyota FJ purchase from this dealership. I have always been happy with their service, friendliness, etc, which is why I am a return customer. When I got ready to purchase again in 2011 I found that I could not get the same special edition in a 2011 model. Matt Edwards at Durant Toyota helped me to find the closest thing possible and customize it to fit what I was looking for in a FJ. The result is awesome. This was all accomplished with me across the country in another state from the dealership. Along with this, I got a great price and wonderful finance options. After having a really bad experience at a local dealership I decided to call Jerry Durant Toyota after seeing an ad in the newspaper. I was lucky to have found a great dealership with a great sales person- Darrell Marriott. It wasn't like the big city sales people pushing a car on you he listened and obviously understood exactly what I was lookin for. It took me a while to decide on exactly what car I wanted but he did keep in touch with me and was never ever pushy. He came in on his day off to make sure my new (used)car was gased up and ready to go when I got there. Recently I rec'd a recall notice on my 2011 Sienna and Durant an have always had them serviced with Durant ,first in Weatherford and now in Granbury. Recently I rec'd a recall notice on my 2011 Sienna and upon bringing it in for the fix, I was met by April a recent addition to the service staff. She was most professional and was fully aware of the recall and why it was necessary to fix it. I had not made an appointment but also needed an oil change in addition to recall. I am pleased with the results of the sale with regards to finance rate, warranty, monthly payments. I was not pleased with the way the information was presented. I do not like canned packages.
