The worst used certified buying experience with Shottenkirk toyota of Granbury Texas. As an out of town purchase they didn't even welcome me into the finance office to obtain remainder of down-paym Shottenkirk toyota of Granbury Texas. As an out of town purchase they didn't even welcome me into the finance office to obtain remainder of down-payment they handed me paperwork and then harassed me daily thru phone and text because they forgot to obtain remainder for down-payment. Once I got home in San Antonio Texas I noticed oil dripping heavily onto my driveway. Took the Truck that week to North Park Toyota of San Antonio where they identified the vehicle had rear main failure along with timing cover seal failure. I truly doubt this dealership even did the full 160 point inspection they are required to do by Toyota. I raised my complaint to numerous Toyota advocates via Toyota care, and awaiting follow up for escalation. Such misleading and deceptive practices not to do a full vehicle Inspection and advise me this vehicle was clean when it now requires 7000.00 or greater of repairs at North Park Toyota of San Antonio. I called to speak to management and they put me on hold and say they will call back but never do. More

DO NOT! purchase a used vehicle that is not a Toyota make. They won’t service correctly. The sales person Charles Brownell “promised” that all used vehicles purchase a used vehicle that is not a Toyota make. They won’t service correctly. The sales person Charles Brownell “promised” that all used vehicles get serviced and ready for the road. That was not the situation. They had me driving with “new” wipers however they must have been defective b/c one of them looked warped and was streaking horribly. The service manager Garland Robinson refused to replace them due to them being “New”, However the service advisor Moriah was very helpful in showing Garland the warped wiper, but Garland refused to replace. Also the vehicle needed an alignment. They did work on the alignment but they refused to provide me with the alignment report. Garland Robinson was not helpful at all and my sales man Charles Brownell was no where to be found and won’t answer my calls. Horrible Customer Service. Stay away! More
