As a single woman, it's hard to find an honest dealer and not be taken advantage of. Which is exactly what was happening at a different dealership earlier in the day before I arrived at Jerry's. A friend referred me to this dealership and this was THE MOST FUN I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! The people were extremely friendly and honest. I felt like a person when I walked through the door and not someone's commission. They listened to what I wanted and did NOT waste my time. They were very thorough and went through the paperwork with me and answered every question before I signed anything. The prices are very reasonable and negotiable. I drove an hour in rush hour traffic to get there (definitely worth your time/drive). I don't have to question where my next vehicle is coming from, and you shouldn't either...go to Jerry's! :) More

Words cannot describe how well this dealership treated me in my purchase experience. I recieved a Tundra that was obtained from another dealership in the beginning. The Truck experienced some issues after tw in my purchase experience. I recieved a Tundra that was obtained from another dealership in the beginning. The Truck experienced some issues after two days. I explained to the Sales Manager, Doyle Maynard, that I did not feel comfortable driving the truck given the appearance of issues that soon after delivery and asked what could be done to get another truck. Doyle was very understanding and helpful. He told me that he would pull the sale contract and order a new truck. He completeley agreed that the other truck (even though it could be fixed) no longer meet the expectations of the dealership or the customer. So a new Truck was ordered with a delivery date 3 weeks later. Rather than put me in a sub-compact loaner or just expect me to fend for myself, Doyle allowed me to drive his demo (a fully equiped Tundra) for the duration. I was contacted each week to update me on the delivery date. Upon delivery the deal was completed without issues and I am now enjoying my new truck. Although I dealt mostly with Mr. Maynard, I have have to mention the impression that was made by Salesman,Sedric Reed. On the initail service visit, as I was loading items into a loaner Corolla, Sedric came by and asked how things were going. I told him about the truck and the need for a truck to take home. He immediatley contacted someone and has another Tundra for me to take home during the Service call. After that initial contact Sedric has keep tabs on the deal and taken ownership of my relationship with the dealership he represents. I honestly do not have time to put down all the ways Sedric and Doyle have stepped up to make me feel taken care of and stepped in to help correct a situation that was not created by the dealership. I have never dealt with a dealership Sales Staff that was more honest and helpful. Nor have I ever seen Sales staff that were more informative to the customer of the process. I can't say enough about what Durant Toyota did for me in this purchase. When I buy another Toyota(and I will) it will be from Sedric Reed at Durant Toyota in Weatherford, TX. More

This is the third Toyota I've purchased from Durant and I couldn't be happier; the first two were used cars and I actually went in again looking for another used car (Venza) because I thought the prices on t couldn't be happier; the first two were used cars and I actually went in again looking for another used car (Venza) because I thought the prices on the new ones were too high. They tried to locate the exact vehicle I wanted but then I found some new ones that were relatively well priced. Isaac did a dealer trade for me & went and picked up the car from the other dealer right away. I got a FANTASTIC price on the new and they also honored my trade-in value from the other dealership. I honestly can't say a bad thing about Durant Toyota and Isaac; we've never had a bad experience there in the past and this time was no different (in fact I think it was better than the others). All the help they provided, Isaac's great attitude and friendliness & putting up with my multitude of questions, phone calls and working me the best deal out there for the car I picked out. The credit department was awesome as well - getting me the BEST interest rate out there that actually paid for about 95%+ of my 7 yr/100,000 mile extended warranty (which I never normally buy, but just couldn't pass up on this time) and getting me the payment I wanted too. The experience from start to finish was what I expect when I'm going to make a huge investment in something. Durant fulfilled every expectation and then some; I would recommend them to anyone and everyone (friend, family or stranger) for ANY car you are looking for (new or used, Toyota or other brand) - they will get any car you find on Cars.com (or other vehicle search program) and you won't be disappointed one bit in any aspect of your experience (in my opinion). GO SEE ISAAC - and tell him Pat Coppock sent you because he's the best salesman on the lot (again, in my opinion, but I'm a hard-headed, obstinate customer who want's it all for the best price - and I got it from Isaac and Durant). We had never been to their dealership before and drove from Abilene to test drive the car not really knowing what to expect. Doyle met us when we arrived and arranged for Bobby to help us. Bobby was extremely patient and informative, answering all our questions and providing us with all the information on the Camry Hybrid. The Finance manager was also very helpful, providing information on the different options and rebates available to us. This was the best car buying experience we've had in our 45 years of buying vehicles, both new and used. More
