Great service with a special order. On 12/20/2018, I rushed into the parts Department to buy a last minute Xmas gift. I was helped by Daniel Acosta who found the "floor mats" and was wi On 12/20/2018, I rushed into the parts Department to buy a last minute Xmas gift. I was helped by Daniel Acosta who found the "floor mats" and was willing to have them sent into Tucson or Sierra Vista, which ever would make it easier for me. He assured me the mats would arrive the following day, in time for me to pick up and get to my destination in CA. He was extremely helpful. The following day I received a confirmation call that the mats were indeed in. I should have posted this sooner. Thanks Daniel! My daughter loved the mats! More

Sierra Toyota was great! Service center was great but I needed a ride and waited a hour after calling again for a pick up. I was very disappointed and I have to say mad. Excellent experience Austin in the Service department is very efficient in his dealings with me in regard to the times I have used Sierra Toyota for my service needs. The cost estimate has been spot on each time, as well as his time of completion for the repairs. Sierra Toyota has a comfortable lounge area for me to wait for the service or repairs to be completed.
