I brought my Traverse in for an oil change and was told to replace water pump for $2000 the mechanic locked the keys in the car then damaged the door. Dealer then sent traverse to repair bodywork I got car to replace water pump for $2000 the mechanic locked the keys in the car then damaged the door. Dealer then sent traverse to repair bodywork I got car back about a week and a half later and noticed immediately that AC did not work took it in and told I have to replace front and real evaporators 6000. Center counsel latch was broken and told that was another 400. So after a simple oil change at this dealership I have over $8000 worth of repairs in about two weeks and I have had my car for only a few days last month. Tried to get assistance from GM vehicle only has 88000 miles on it and their answer is no. So 8000 of work required when the AC was working great when we dropped it off now it is dead and it was not in my possession. I was ready with approved loan to purchase a new trax but not now. I currently own two GMs and have owned only GMs my whole life….I will not be buying another GM nor visiting this dealership. There is no reason for this vehicle to have this many problems and no reason for the Dealership and GM to leave me like this and if you can’t help you have lost a faithful customer. More

Every time we come to this dealership for service, we have encountered an issue - typically surrounding poor customer service and lack of even adequate assistance or a sense of customer care. I can't stress enough that they are very straightforward with their pricing and don't try that typical sales approach of artificially inflating the price to make you negotiate the price down! More
